BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

We visit Ibiza alot and we were very very impressed with this villa given the price, the photographs really don't do it justice, particuarly the wonderful gardens and pool area. Everything you need for a great family holiday is here for you and the layout both internally and especially externally of this villa is fantastic. Our one year old girl had a great time in the garden and paved areas as well as obviously in the pool, and everything was spotlessly clean too. Good location on the island as well as being quiet and safe and its a great place to relax and unwind with family or even hosting friends for a bbq as we did.
