Can Teo Holiday Villa - This light, stylishly furnished villa has a modern feel in a rustic setting with a beautiful garden stunningly lit in the evenings. The owner offers access to a vegetable garden and freshly-laid eggs. Guests can also charter the owner's boat for pleasure trips or fishing and he'll even help prepare and cook the freshly caught fish!

Set on the outskirts of San José just a short walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. The beautiful west coast beaches, San Antonio, Playa d’en Bossa, Cala Jondal, the airport and Ibiza Town are only 15/20 min away.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
