Can Prats Holiday Villa - A modern house, built in traditional Ibizan style with light and airy rooms and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a stunning tropical garden, with palm trees, an additional children's pool, jacuzzi and exterior bathroom.

Surrounded by pine hills, rich red earth and glorious countryside, only 1.5 km from the pretty village of San Carlos with all its facilities, a good choice of bars and restaurants, and the famous Las Dalias hippy market and live music venue. Only 5 min to pretty coves and beaches and 25 min to Ibiza town.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
