Can Portas Es Verger Holiday Villa - A comfortable, light, old stone walled country finca. Fully modernised, with rustic touches, and en suite bathrooms for two of the four bedrooms.

Secluded amongst hills and almond groves, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of San Jose with all its amenities and a bus service connecting to beautiful beaches, Ibiza Town, San Antonio and the Airport.

A refundable breakage deposit of 100 Euros per person is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
