BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

We were very comfortable. It is a clean and tranquil place which offers all the necessities. The rooms are not luxurious, but they are perfectly adequate, since they are only used for sleeping.

The exterior space is enormous, with a nice pool and a large barbecue. The estate is isolated and in a very tranquil location, but is well connected (by car).

The owner (who only speaks Spanish) was always there if there were any problems. Everything was perfect.
Thank you very much! We'll be back!

I've just come back from spending a week in the villa, in short, we had an absolutely wonderful time - the villa was ideal. During very hot temperatures the villa remained cool with no need for air con (even though some rooms do have it).

The highlight is all the outdoor space. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is large with 4 sunloungers, there was also a lilo in the pool which was great. The outdoor BBQ and food preparation area was wonderful as was the little decking gazebo area. There is also a hammock hung in the shade that fits two people.

The owners were delightful, they met us at an easy to find restaurant, we followed them to the villa, they showed us around and then answered any questions we had.

I would definitely stay again.
