Can Marge Holiday Villa - A typical two storey Ibizan 'finca' decorated in rustic style whilst incorporating all modern conveniences including Wi-Fi, an exterior kitchen with BBQ and a jacuzzi. There is also a 'play park' for children to enjoy.

Offering total seclusion in the untouched pine clad countryside near to Cala San Vicente. Close by are stunning coves, excellent beaches and country restaurants. The local bus service connects you to both Santa Eulalia (20 min) and Ibiza town (30 min by car).

A refundable breakage deposit of 800 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
