BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

I can only say that it was like a dream! Nothing could have been more pretty!

All of the bedrooms are orderly, with air conditioning and private bathrooms! The external kitchen is wonderful and we used it every day. The pool is fantastic and everyone in our party liked it, especially the size! The estate is simply spectacular, with its oleanders and palm trees! I would never stop visiting!

Super, super, super!!! We'll be back for sure. :-) The estate is ideal for everyone, for both families and groups of friends who want to enjoy spending time together in a marvellous environment!! The owner, Juan, attentively takes care of everything!!!

I loved the villa Can Maians! It was very well equipped, modern but still with a lovely Spanish feel and was situated in a beautiful area with very well kept gardens, the pool was a good size and all the rooms en suite, the kitchen was a little small but all the other rooms were perfect, it had so many differant areas to hang out in.

The owner does not speak very good English though, well none at all really, so was a bit difficult trying to get information about certain things before we settled in, it is a nightmare to find though in the dark, spent about 2 hrs on 1 night driving down many lanes to find it, so be careful....

I would most certainly stay in this villa again though, its of a very high standard!

We had a marvellous vacation at the villa with our family of 9. It is very large and clean, and has a bath/shower for each double room. The kitchen is a bit small, that is, it has little workspace, but we usually ate and barbecued outside anyway.

The pool is very big and is fenced in (this is important for small children). It is located in an isolated location and is close to Benirràs Beach (we walked there in around 30 minutes). You can arrive anywhere quickly by car, and it is easy to shop in Santa Gertrudis and Sant Miquel.

The owner was very nice and attentive. I have no complaints. Very recommended!
