A refundable breakage deposit of 400 Euros is required on arrival.

We stayed during 1 week at this nice place in May 2012. We enjoyed the house, the swimming pool and the surroundings very much. The owner lives next door and is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we found a bottle of red wine in the kitchen and a bottle prosecco in the fridge !
Can Lluquinet Holiday Villa has everything you need.
In the open kitchen you find a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster etc etc. In the living room there is a big TV, DVD player, DVD's and satellite receiver. There are 2 toilets, a shower and 2 bedrooms. Outside there is plenty of space in the sun and in the shade. In May the pool is a bit chilly but this was no problem for our kids (6 and 7 years old).
If you stay here you need a car. Just hire one for a week and you can see the whole island. Ibiza town is 15-20 minutes, the airport is 25 minutes (in the low season). The Biggest supermarket Eroski is near Ibiza town (15 minutes by car). In the nearby villages (e.g. San Joan) you find smaller supermarkets.
We would definitely recommend this place ...

Wanting a space of our own away from everyone, this was a lovely spot to come to and it really fulfilled our criteria.
As keen walkers, we enjoyed the tranquility of the area and the (not too rural) environment.
Stunning views over the fields and sea, close enough to local villages for supplies, nicely located to get to anywhere, this place was super with its own pool, lovely loungers, comfy beds, and most equipment you'd need. For us, it was a home from home.
Ideal place for families (but perhaps not for 2-5 year olds) and couples who like a tranquil space.
Downside? All good holidays come to an end and we had to return to the UK.
