Can Lluquinet Holiday Villa - Cosy villa with only two bedrooms (rare in Ibiza), a comfortable, rustic style, haven with all the facilities for a 'get away from it all' stay. Including Wi-Fi.

Set amid groves of almonds and olives with fabulous views to the sea, close to stunning coves, the intimate beach resort of Portinatx and the quaint village of San Juan. The owners live conveniently next door. The mega clubs and Ibiza town are just a 30 min drive.

A refundable breakage deposit of 400 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

As this was my second visit to the lovely peace and tranquility of Can Lluquinet Villa I again was met with a lovely warm and friendly reception by the owner.

This time I had my granddaughter aged 8 yrs to accompany me and she delighted in having the lovely swimming pool with the added attraction of seeing goats and sheep wandering past in the adjoining field.

This Villa is most convenient as it is so easy to access all the lovely beaches and villages nearby. Perfect for that all important get away!!!!
