Can Juano Villa - This 300 year old, modernised villa is beautifully maintained by the owners (living conveniently next door). It has a fenced swimming pool with a Jacuzzi and children's play area. It´s an ideal setting to recover from everyday stress, enjoy nature and discover the hidden treasures of the island.

Situated in the lush north of Ibiza and only a short drive to the famous sandy beach of Benirras, with its restaurants and world famous sunset drumming. The villages of San Miguel and San Juan, and many fine restaurants are all within easy reach.

A refundable breakage deposit of 600 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
