Surrounded by hills and countryside yet less than 10 minutes from the airport. A short drive to the 'in' beaches of Cala Jondal and Salinas and Ibiza town with its exciting atmosphere and famous night-life.

A refundable breakage deposit of 400 Euros is required on arrival.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

Lovely villa's exceeded our expectations! First of all the Pictures on the website do not do it Justice, Guys have them Redone ASAP because It took our breath away! We could not find fault with the villa or the owners at all.

For 5 lads it was ideal, rooms were comfortable, with aircon! The terrace and the pool are set so you get the sun all day which is great and the olive grove made it feel like we were in the middle of no where and yet Ibiza Town is about 10 minutes away in the car and Some great beaches are nearby too. It is a must to have a Car while staying here and if you are looking somewhere where you can relax and still be close enough to the night life then its worth booking.

The owners were extremely accomodating and very warm and welcoming. Thank you to the whole family and we will be back next year!!!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Pool was bigger than it seemed in the picture. No neighbours sandwiched next to us and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The owners are very welcoming and sorted any problems straight away. The big Eroski supermarket is a 2 min drive away, which is very handy, it has everything you need. We had bbq's nearly every day which worked great. The only downsides i can think of are the number of wasps around and getting a taxi to go out can be problematic when the radio taxi company doesnt answer the phone!

You will need a car and its in a great position to explore the beaches all around the south east and to the west of the island. Only a 10/15 min drive to Ibiza town depending on traffic.

All in all very happy with it and would use again.

The Villa is in a lovely secluded and quite location which is just what we were after.

You definitely need a hire car to get to and from this Villa.

The most impressive thing about this villa was how well equipped it was. Everything from spare towels to kitchen foil. The swimming pool was perfectly sized and the air conditioning was a treat at night.
