Can Caseres & Can Miquel Caseres Villas - Two self-contained 500 years old fincas (rented as one), stylishly modernised to retain their rustic charm. Comprising 7 bedrooms (3 en suite) between them. Both share the gardens, a BBQ terrace, the pool (without chlorine), sun terraces and sports field.

Set in peaceful countryside yet only a 30 min walk to the local beaches and a short drive to a variety of seaside resorts and country villages. Fine dining, cafes, bars, shops and Las Dalias artisan market are all within easy reach.

A refundable breakage deposit of 1000 Euros is required on arrival. The villas can only be booked together.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.

Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.
