Can Bernadet Holiday Villa - This compact air conditioned bungalow has all mod cons, including Wi-Fi. Unusually for a house of its size, it also has a private tennis court and an infinity pool and the sunbathing terrace is a stunning place to soak up the Ibiza atmosphere.

Situated in the quiet residential area of Club Delphin, close to the sandy beach of Cala Codolar, with stunning views of the sea and the mystical island of Es Vedra in the near distance. The bright lights of San Antonio are only 6 km away.

A refundable breakage deposit of 500 Euros is required on arrival.

Deposit : You confirm your booking by paying a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total value of the booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation : If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival all payments will be refunded in full. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your arrival the villa owner will retain 50% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, or if you don't show, the villa owner will retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. These conditions conform to Balearic Island Ministry of Tourism Regulations.

Money could not buy the view from the terrace/pool area. Breathtaking and beautiful. Having spent a lot of time around the Med we would say this was one of the nicest backdrops we have had the pleasure of spending a week in. Lovely clean swimming pool and great tennis court. The villa inside was clean and fully equipped. The rooms were air conditioned and worked well. The local beaches (especially Cala Conta which is a 2 min drive)are fantastic and made the perfect location to watch the romatic sunsets. the owners are very friendly and very easy to deal with. All in all a fantastic place to be and we look forward to returning next year.
