Fast facts and map for the Royal Plaza Hotel, Ibiza Town

Nice hotel, very central, on walking distance to the old town, good parking facilities. We have been their quests already for 5 years. We love to come back.

We were flying in for just 2 days in Ibiza and wanted to experience the centre of the town as well as the beaches and this hotel was in a perfect location for it. Short walk to taxis and short walk to the port and the Dalt Villa where all the action. The design of the hotel was very retro with wood panels (not my preference)but the appliances were updated and the hotel staff were super helpful and friendly! I'd definitely stay there again.

It was a leap of faith going to stay at this Hotel for the first time last year but it was one which I think was worth while having just returned from a second visit this year.In this credit crunch age El hotel is unfortunately out of my budget these days so I was looking for a hotel within walkable distance of Ibiza Town with a pool which didn't cost the earth - the result the Royal Plaza.The hotel stlye is "retro" and the rooms are not the "boutique" chic style most people want these days. However for the amount of time spent in the room this wasn't an issue for me. What was important was that the bathromm was spotless, the roof sun terrace with pool is brilliant and it is only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Ibiza town.
