Good size apartment with an enormous balcony, friendly and helpful staff, and not too pricy. The water heater in our apartment was not working when we arrived, but already the next
morning a plumber showed up to replace it.
The apartments are in OK condition, they bathroom and the kitchen could use some updating, but it's perfectly all right for a vacation.
I will definitely book an apartment here when I'm returning to Ibiza next year.

Well, it was an excellent choise, 2nd line on the beach, you can see the beach from the balcony, the AC was very good, the stuff is very friendly, we met marga who is a sweet lady and helped us alot, the check in was very easy.
The apartment can accomodate 3, 2 in bedrrom & one on the sofa.
a maid comes every other day, also towels are changed.
maintainance guy is available if any thing went wrong.
location is brilliant, near every thing, you can walk to the beach of den bossa, super market, car rental, lots of bars & restaurants , bora bora & space is like 10 minutes walk.(although i recommend getting a car & discover the whole island!)
would definitly stay here again!

Cheap (€ 100 per night for 3 person room in July) and very nicely located, eight minutes by foot to the Jet complex and Bora-Bora but still very quiet at night as there are no clubs or bars in the near vincity. Fairly large appartments with huge balconies (on 1st floor). Playa den Bossa just across the road. No reception, one has to contact the souvenir shop at the ground floor (open till 10 pm, very friendly staff there = this is no problem) and they'll contact whomever needed. Cleaning is not like in hotels, but who cares? Will definetly come back.

This is a clean and cheap apartment in a great location, the check in and out was very easy and the Balcony was huge!
The only complaint would be that the bathroom was not the nicest and the hot water run out after one shower - not good when there are 3 girls sharing!
Security was really good and the apartment had a double lock and there was a safe available.
I would definitely stay here again.
