The staff were extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome (even when returning at 7 in the morning). It really is in the heart of the west end with the beaches and boozers just a stones throw away. I'd go there again in a heart beat.

Very cozy, friendly personnel, a real family, granny serves the breakfast, brother and sister run the reception, etc.
The hotel is located in the so-called west end, which equals eternal mayhem of noise and yelling by low class drunk brits, mostly males. Like being in a zoo;-)
Apart from that, it was a smooth, inexpensive hotel to spend our holiday at.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I was staying on my own having them on reception made me feel safer. The room wasa good size, and kept clean the only negative being that I could hear the noise of the next rooms very loudly.

A very friendly hotel, where the staff could not have been more helpful.I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay close to the west end.

The hotel was basic but clean, reception staff were friendly. The location is ideal for the 'West End' and not too far from the 'Sunset Strip bars'. If your looking for 5* treatment and ameneties look elsewhere. A swimming pool wouldn't go amiss and the beach was quite a walk away but for the price I can't complain.
