nice hotel have styaed here before on numerous occassions clean good services food very average staff all a lot older and this shows in thier temperment other than that ok

We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated to wake up to a wonderful full ocean view everyday. The long 3km beach is also only steps away so you can enjoy a great walk along there too. The breakfast in the morning was good but the dinner in the restaurant was not such good quality although it was very well priced. The pool bar menu was a bit overpriced though. There were many hotel and restaurants in the area so you can just walk to one of these. The only negative of the area was that the beach often had a few young people who were indulging in a bit more than just alcohol! Other than that it was all great.

Torre del mar hotel, in my point of view is an excelleny hotel, with a lot of facilities, lot of things to do inside the hotel, like the excellent gym and the great and quiet pool.
the food was great and we got everything that we wand as soon as the hotel could provied it to us.
The food at the breakfast was really good.
I want to say thank you to all the people in charge at the hotel and also the IBIZA-SPOTLIGHT site for helping us so much in out vecation at the island and we hope to meet again at summer 2011.

I LOVED my time at the Torre del Mar. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly, attentive and unendingly helpful to requests whether it be organising transport or sending flowers around the island for you. Very few English residents at the hotel which was glorious and the pool was an oasis of calm in the area. The site was perfect for visiting Ibiza town or heading out for some night life on that side of the island.

If I was told I had to stay there every year until I die I would be happy. If you're after a more "grown up" hotel in Ibiza then this is the one. If you want to be loud and annoying then please stay somewhere else ;-)

Great choice - location fab to access the energy of ibiza at night but want some quieter, chilled days by the pool. Servicestaff particulartly good this year. Grteat hotel for the price.

I stayed here with a couple of friends during late July 2010. We're in our late 30's/early 40's so we wanted to be able to get a little quiet relaxation but still be able to get to the clubs easily. The hotel is nice and well taken care of although as many others have mentioned the furnishings are outdated and look like they are from the Love Boat circa '70's. We'll call it retro and it will be hip. Most of the staff is friendly and you can relax and get away from some of the crazier parts of Playa d'en Bossa. But when you need some music, drinking and other partygoers it's a quick walk down the beach to Bora Bora. The biggest downside is it can be a long wait to get a taxi from the hotel when you're ready to go out for the night. Do yourself a favor and walk down to one of the taxi stands in front of some of the other hotels. If I was going to stay in this part of Ibiza again I would certainly consider Torre del Mar again.

In spite the hotel was sometimes reviewed as outdated and it was the only one with any available date for booking – the hotel was nice. Even the location on the edge of the Bossa beach – was not a problem (if you care for a 10 minutes walk for nice sun bedding, restaurants & bars, shops etc).
