Staff was nice, although it was rare to see someone at the front desk. It was a really nice room, really clean with great views. It was near a great area for nightlife yet the room itself is quite if you want to sleep. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Extremely well located close enough to sunset strip (5 min walk) but still a quiet area.
Staff friendly food and drink affordable, views even from side rooms are good.
Apartments very spacious A/C works well.
Great place would stay here again.
Word of warning if parking a hire car as with the whole of Ibiza, police are very vigilant!

This is the first time i have been to this hotel, i came with a group of people who came last year and wanted to come again. It was absolutely fantastic the location the staff the rooms and there was always enough sunbeds to go around! This is the forth time i have been to Ibiza and it is the best hotel i have stayed in by far, would definitley recommend to everyone!

Perfect location not far from the shops and the sunset strip, yet out the way of any noise.

Nice views across the bay

Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome.

The rooms are large and clean the Air Con is free.

We've stayed there before and will return again, a basic hotel, but with everything you need.

The size of the hotel gives your stay a very personal feel.

Where else do you arrive at 2am to a hotel where the staff open the bar just for you, give you a free drink to make you welcome, and even pull out some of the leftover BBQ food to sate the hunger of someone who didn't fancy Easyjet's food??

Great staff here, and the apartments and pool is all you'll ever need, but don't bring a family here

We arrived at the apartments at 10:30am and were really surprised to find that our room was ready.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a side balcony which we could see the sea from. The room was also fairly quiet, even when the pool area was busy.

The location of the apartments suited us really well. It was a few minutes walk from the Sunset strip where you find Cafe Del Mar and Cafe Mambo. Closer still was the Sunset bar which I really recommend and about 10 minutes walk into the West End.

The pool and the pool area were also clean and spacious. We always got a sun bed without any problems. The food at the pool bar was good and reasonably priced. The menu changed throughout the day for breakfast, lunch, dinner etc... You could also charge food and drinks from the bar to your room which was useful.

The staff at the apartments were all really friendly and helpful.

We had no complaints at all and would definitely stay at these apartments again.

The second time I have visited Sol Bahia and will hopefully return again this year! An absolute fabulous place to stay. It is in the perfect place, it has beautiful views where you can see the nice parts of the island enabling you to relax during the day. However, it is also only 5 minutes away from the sunset strip for your nights out!

Fantastic staff, friendly and welcoming. The Manager aka Simon Cowell (ha!) is brilliant, entertaining and kind! Look forward to seeing them all again soon.

This is the third time that I have stayed at Sol Bahia and it never fails to disappoint. The apartments are always exceptionally clean with beautiful views of the sea and sunset. The people who work at Sol Bahia are extremely friendly. They make you feel very welcome. The swimming pool is really nice with views of the sea. It is a fantastic location very near to the bars where you can watch the sunset. I will definitely be returning again.

I'm not usually one to bother writing a review but i was so impressed with the service at this hotel that i thought i should.

The Hotel is perfect for those who want to be near the action but not right in the thick of it and it is a stones throw from the sunset strip.

The staff and the service at this hotel were perfect. The manager, Bartolo kept us entertained and made us feel very welcome.

I will definately be staying here when i return in September.

My third year at Sol Bahia. For the first time in a room with sea-view: very nice. The only thing that could be improved: sun-screens above the balcony so you can sit in the shade during the afternoon. I like Sol Bahia so much because the staff is always very kind, the food is good, the location is perfect. Close to beautiful beaches and rocks, close to the trendy cafes.
And if you hire a car and drive 10 minutes, you can still find very quiet places without any tourists. Restaurants where only local people come to dinner. Forty years ago I already came to Ibiza with my parents. It was very unknown and quiet. Nowadays it sometimes still feels like forty years ago!....
Next year I'll be back!

Excellent hotel and next time I go back to Ibiza I will be staying here. Not too far from the bars/clubs and its right by the beach.

Pool and hotel is great and not to pricey either.

Nice play to stay with great views and away from the centre. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and modern. If you put this in the middle of Ibiza Old town it would cost a fortune to stay here.

I stay here whenever I'm in Ibiza throughout the summer. The apartments are right by the sea, but there's also a pool that looks out onto the water so you've the best of both worlds. The staff have always been warm and welcoming, even during my very first visit and that's the reason I keep going back. They'll sort out car hire, taxis and anything else you may decide you need while you're staying with them. And their local knowledge is really handy.You have a choice of front sea view or side views when booking your rooms and either will provide you with a fantastic outlook. All the rooms have balconies with garden furniture and a front sea view room will allow you to watch the famous sunsets if you can't drag yourself out of your apartment in time to catch it at Cafe Del Mar. The apartments themselves have everything you need and are cleaned everyday, with fresh towels provided with each clean. Even if you can't be bothered with the hassle of cooking for yourself like me, there's an extensive English and local menu available in the restaurant.If you decide to go for a walk, the promenade will take you all the way around the bay, passed Coastline, Kebah, Cafe Mambo, Cafe Del Mar, Sugar Sea and then to the San Antonio marina and onwards. Everything is within walking distance, but somehow Sol Bahia manages to remain a quiet and relaxing spot in Cala Gracio.If you want to party at night, but come home to a chilled and relaxing atmosphere, Sol Bahia is for you. Enjoy!

Another Great Holiday in the Sol Bahia. Second time i've stayed hear and will prob be back next year! Had 4 rooms for our group this year and every one enjoyed themselfs! Sorry if we kept anyone up! But i think that this is prob a place for people who are on the island to rave the night away, and chill out in the day!The staff are great and will do any think to try to help you enjoy your stay, Would recomend any one to stay hear!!! Have now stayed at the Sol Bahia three times and we love it! It's great value for money and the rooms are very spacious with large, separate diningliving area, a large bedroom and long balcony - ask for a sunset view, it's beautiful! The apartments are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San An, but close enough to be able to walk to if you wish. I highly recommend the Sol Bahia.

Apartments were the cleanest i've ever stayed in. Everything you needed was there including a brilliant wee toastie machine/grill thing. rnrnBeds comfy, air con excellent, decor ok and has a belter of a wee bee-day !!!rnrnTakes 5 mins to walk to Coastline and Kanya, 10 to Cafe Del Mar and about 10 - 15 for the scummy West End. rnrnStaff well friendly and food not to bad. Good pool and amazin Sunsets. rnrnBook this place it's amazin value for money.

I stayed for a week in a front sea view room at the Sol Bahia. I really can't fault these apartments at all.rnrnThey're spotlessly clean, roomy and the air con is brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and the food was excellent. The pool is lovely and you can always get a sun lounger.rnrnI would reccommend the Sol Bahia unreservedly to anyone, it's an excellent place to stay with fantastic views and the location is spot on.

We were keen on the location of these apartments and encouraged by the number of positive reviews. We weren't disappointed. The apartment was ideal, the sunsets breathtaking, and the owner and staff very friendly and helpful. The owner and barman both made some of the best Sangria I've tasted too (and that's a lot!). Definitely worth paying for the full sae view, in my opinion. We look forward to future visits.

I`ve been going to IBZ many yrs, stayed in many places, some good, some not so good, even reviewed accomodation for this site b/f...

We decided to take the next step up & get a beachfront apartment & couldn`t be happier with our choice, this is the 2nd time we`ve stayed @ The Sol Bahia apartments & we`ll definitely be back for more, combining excellent sunset views & quietness (with the attractions of the sunset strip etc close by if you want to step on the gas), with imaculate accomodation, including air con & oh sooo very friendly staff, this is one apartment complex that has got the lot, can`t wait for Sept `07 - BRING IT ON! :-)......

The hotel is very well situated, only a short walk to kanya (a cool day time pool bar)and the sunset strip (ie: mambo's ect..),
also far enough away to get a good nights sleep.
The room was excellant, staff were all very friendly and the food was reasonable. I would recomend the hotel to any one.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed @ Sol Bahia and had another great time. Staff remember me from last year, hopefully for good reasons. Staff are still very friendly, rooms are really clean and well equiped. In a great part of Ibiza if your into the sunset bars, and for when you need some sleep after goin to the clubs. No doubt will be there again next year.

What more can we say. These apartments are the best we have stayed at(we've been to Ibiza four times), the location was excellent, five minutes walk from Kanya Beach, Coastline etc and 10 - 15 mins from the West End.
The rooms were very clean and they had the best air con we've came across in Ibiza. The staff were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for you and they had a good laugh with it. I would also recommend that anyone staying at Sol Bahia should try the food at least once as it is a cracking menu with HUGE portions at a decent price. In a word we would recommend Sol Bahia to anyone who wants to visit Ibiza!!!

This was the third occasion we had stayed with Sol Bahia during the last 15 years and once again proved to be a great hotel. This hotel has got all of the fundamentals spot on - its clean, perfect location with friendly and helpful staff. In addition, all of the sun beds have recently been upgraded.
A seaview room is a must where possible!

I stayed with my girlfriend at the Ibiza Spotlight featured Sol Bahia Apartments last week and had a great time. We wanted somewhere close to the sunset strip and a little quieter and this place is in a great spot. About 5 mins to Kasbah and Coastline, and a little over 10 to Mambo, in terms of starting your night it couldn't be easier.

The apartment itself was big and spacious as well as immaculatley clean, the staff were superb and the pool area kept well. I'm sure the pool would become crowded in July and August but at this time of year there was no problem trying to find a sun lounger.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to help us.


The ONE small problem I had with the place was the owner of the apartments allowing customers of his restaurants use of the pool, the adult customers were fine but their kids were a pain in the ass. After school (about 3pm) they'd turn up and proceed to empty the contents of the pool onto the surrounding loungers.

But its a minor point from an otherwise faultless holiday. Roger Sanchez rocked, James Zabiela surprised and Club Azuli was just awesome.

Just spent my third enjoyable break at the Sol Bahia apartments and I can't recommend the place highly enough. The staff really do go out of their way to make you feel at home. They even welcomed us back with a free beer by the pool!

The apartments are clean, spacious and air-conditioned. Try to get a sea view so you can catch the sunset.

The location is ideal; a short walk to Coastline, Mambo etc, but far away enough from the noisy and grottier end of San An.

The place benefits from attracting switched-on independent travellers to the island (definitely not on the package holiday trail). Its great for short weekend or longer visits, as you can book the dates that suit you. Space to park if you've hired a car too.

Finally, I'd recommend the thursday poolside BBQ. Tried it this year and it was great. I challenge you to ever feel hungry again at 5am after tackling it!

All in all a top place.

All in all a good holiday. Hotel is on the sea front located just around corner from the calo des moro beach. A good location, about 5 mins walk from Kanya Beach bar.

If you want to get to san an town or the west end its about a 10 or 15 min walk.

At night hotel is quiet and we had no problems with noise.

People at the hotel were mixed and ranged from couples to a stag do. There were quite a few spanish and dutch staying there to.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and made an effort to make sure everyone enjoyed there stay.

Food in the hotel was really good but there were also loadsa cheap restaurants nearby to choose from as well.
