Huge, brand new rooms with brand new bathroom, big balcony, air con etc etc fantastic all round. Except no corkscrew, but Zico in the bar downstairs will sort you out over a bit of trivial banter (football, girls...) Great place to stay in San An in terms of quality, location and price.

must pay extra for ac.
no pool.
close (walking) to harbor and nightlife and beach for sunset but no view.
awesome staff in bar/restaurant downstairs.
quite good food.
playstation 3 in lobby, but usually occupied.
not a bad price for a good size room. small living room, though.
