This was my second stay at Regina Park in 2 years. We chose these apartments as we wanted something different to a normal hotel. Regina park is a small development of serviced apartments. It means there is no 24 hour reception and you pretty much get left alone. There is a number to call for out of hours check-in and if you have any issues so someone is always on hand to help if needs be.
The location is just at the top of Playa Den Bossa tucked away on Pablo Picasso street. This means you are just off the main road but still within walking distance of shops, bars and the beach.
The clientelle is a mix of young european party people and around the pool everyone talks to each other and is really friendly. A really good feature is the layout of the rooms which means you never hear the people in the apartments either side of you.
My only negative is that the lights in the room aren't the brightest so it means there isnt a lot of light in the evenings when you are trying to get ready to go out.
These apartments are much cheaper then the usual places in PDB so if what i've mentioned in this review suits your needs then i recommend you stay here.

Regina Park appartment was the cherry on top of our trip it added to the perfection and fun of our vacation. the location is perfect for economic travellers a walking distance from all entertainment (beach, clubs, bars, supermarket ...)the staff are very friendly and helpfull. If there is only one concern would be the elevator, going up and down 5 floors every day for at least 2-3 times for 3 days was annoying, i would advise you to check the floor you are staying in or confirm all services are working before checking-in.
Enjoy IBIZA and Regina Park appartment to the max.

I guess we booked an apartment here because of the price. First thing first, We thought Regina Park is a little too far away from the "action" down by the beach, where it seemed most of the tourists stayed. Regina Park have the feeling of being put right in the middle of the local neighborhood. To us, this place became a boring place to stay. When we arrived, we had to wait for the receptionist to come around. So we waited in the bar for 15 minutes or so. The size of the room (two bedrooms) was ok, and the view from the room was also ok. There were some cupcakes left for us after the last guests in one of the lockers on the kitchen..
The water in the apartment had almost no pressure, so it took about ten minutes to fill up the kitchen sink. The shower had the same problem. Aircondition didnt work in one of the rooms. We didnt get clean sheats and towels before day 3 or 4 when we asked about this. After this we got clean towels each day, so this was positive.
I don't want to complain about this place. I guess its ideal for people looking for a cheap place to live. But when we look back, we agree that we should have put in a little more money, and stayed somewhere around the Jet Complex/Apartments. If you are going to book a room at Regina Park, just remember that it is a little lower standard than you might be used to. And also, its too quiet if you're here to party.

The Apartments themselves are spacious and worth the money and the reception staff are good people. Perhaps I am getting a bit older now, but for our 10 day stay the constant nocking of doors and shouting from our younger Italian guests next door to ours was a bit annoying (havnt they heard of phones?!) but they are there to enjoy themselves. Had to ask for clean towels half way through stay and another lot were given to us 2 days before we left. No cleaning though so apartment wasnt touched the whole ten days we we were there.
So I think if your below 25 years old and a bit of a party animal these would be ideal apartments to stay in and the staff are really nice, but if your in your late 30's like myself then you may want to stay somewhere a bit more chilled and cleaner!
