The Hotel was fantastic, we could not fault it in any way. The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

We had a great time at hotel Puchet.

The location was perfect, only a 10minutes walk to Itaca and Bar M. Staf were helpful and friendly enough. We had a lovely room one of the refurbished one's with a pool view so we could people watch from the balcony.

Only fault we had was the Fridge didnt work on arrival but this was fixed by the next morning.

Have just returned from a very pleasant week!s stay at this hotel.
One or two downpoints where : No plug on washbasin on arrival. Shower floor was very slippy and nothing to hold on to. (We are both in our 80s) We would have preferred the evening meal to have been available from 7pm instead of 8pm. No soup or ice-cream available.
Many good points for cleanliness, pleasant and helpful staff, nice room ,comfy beds, no waiting for the lifts,food good, very good air conditioning,
I would mention that our washbasin plug was fixed next morning. All in all a good value for money holiday and very enjoyable.

I went for my hen-do to Hotel Puchet for a 3 night stay and it was great. I had to amend my room bookings a couple of times and they (and Ibiza Spotlight)were very helpful with this, hence keeping my stress levels down. Initially I was hesitant as check-in took about 15-20 minutes and the three people behind the desk (two men amd a woman) failed to acknowledge our presence for about 10 minutes of that, but then everything was fab. A man in his late twenties-ish who worked there who was very smiley and helpful throughout our stay, although didn't get his name. The rooms were lovely and clean and very modern, bath towels were provided, the shower was gorgeous and the rooms were cleaned daily. They could do with providing soap for washing your hands as this wasn't something we thought to bring, but other than that cannot complain. The pool area was lovely, but was popular so you had to be quick to get sunbeds (busy by 11am). The cocktails from the pool bar weren't great, but did the trick all the same. The breakfast was amazing, pretty much offering anything you could want, different breads, croissants, pain au chocolat, cold meats, english breakfast, cereals, juices, tea, coffee- it was fab and we were well impressed. It's a five minute walk from the beaches at San Antonio and the Bay and a great location in general for nightlife and apparently the discobus bus-stop to Ibiza town was nearby but we didn't try it out. Overall a great stay and I just wish I was back there now!!!

Two of us stayed here in May...very beginning of season. Hotel is very clean and as it was beginning of season also very quiet....we practically had the pool to ourselves every day no matter what time we went there. Pool and surrounding area is beautiful and relaxing. Staff on reception and in the bar lovely and helpful. Cleaning daily and very good at entering when you were not there, no matter how late you leave!
Food leaves a lot to be desired, we had half board but in the week we were there only ate twice as not good. Prices at bar good. Spar across the street very handy for supplies...drinks and snacks as you have a fridge in your room. One tip for the room...remember to lock it with your key as it does not automatically lock when it closes behind you.
Hotel is approx 5-10 min walk from beach (depending on how far along you want to be), 10 min walk from Es Paradis and Eden and many bars and restaurants on the front such as Ibiza Rocks, Itaca and Linekers....would also highly recommend Tulp, chill out and relax right on the front, beautiful. Overall very happy with the hotel Puchet and would definately return. Excellent value for money.

Had an excellent 3 day break here from 2nd - 5th April. Met with a warm welcome on reception, and had booked a superior double room, which was clean & comfortable and nicely furnished, and also had a balcony overlooking the pool area. Room Safe key is 10 Euros plus deposit. Stayed on a B&B basis, and the breakfast was better than expected i n terms of choice, with cereals, fruit, etc, plus cold meats & cheeses, and also a hot section for us Brits - bacon, sausage, eggs beans, etc. Help yourself hot & cold drinks. Didn't have any other meals here, although evening meal was available for 9 Euros. The large pool area is nice, although there is a bit of noise from the main road, which would obviously be more noticeable in the busy months. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Bar service was good and drinks reasonably priced. There is a small car park at the side of the hotel. Location is very good, just a short walk from the front, with a Spar supermarket just across the road. Overall a very good value, very pleasant hotel in a good spot, and I would definitely recommend - and will certainly stay there again. Thanks to all the staff!! RM

We said here for two weeks and it was the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Near enough to the nightlife but far enough away to chill out during the day.

Our stay was nearly faultless. The only thing I would critisise is upon our arrival the reception staff did not make it clear how the all inclusive worked. i.e times and what drinks etc were included. Also I am a vegetarian and on the odd night I struggled to find something to eat (this was probably more at lunchtime) but what I did eat was really delicious! The majority of the time it was fine.

The staff were really really friendly and helpful except for the guy who works at the bar during the day!

This hotel is gorgeous and we are planning on booking for next year!! Our hotel made our Ibiza experience really really enjoyable!! :-)

19 of us went on a hen weekend to Ibiza from the 1th - 14th June and stayed in the Puchet. We had no idea what to expect as we'd paid a great price, including breakfast and we were very, very pleasantly surprised with what we found. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet, we were so chuffed! the pool area was amazing, as was the pool itself, we managed to get beds together round the decking area every day and the fab bar staff were happy to bring drinks and food out to us, always with a smile. the rooms were great, perfect size, comfy beds and pillows, good air con etc. Location-wise it was ideal, a short walk to the beach or for the nightlife and a lovely stroll home in the evenings. I would recommend it to anyone going to San Antonio and would love to go back! Thanks Puchet for a wonderful stay!
