It's a very simple appartment block, so if you're planning on not being there very much it's ideal. It's right next door to Es Vive, which will make you very jealous as it's an amazing hotel there!
The Figurettas beach is 2 mins walk but is very small and not that great.
It's quite hard to get a taxi around this area, we spent quite a lot of time constantly looking for one.
There was an ant investation around our sink one morning so don't leave food, or even food boxes out.
Room was spacious and comfortable, but no swimming pool. Budget acommodation really.

appartment was very well located, but reception for it was a ten minute walk down the road, ask at the shop under the appartment and they will ring the receptionist to come and let u in.
on a whole apartment was very nice, a little bit dated in the decor and very basic in facilities, but you dont really spend anytime in it when in ibiza so it served us well.
the maids where nice and done a really good job cleaning but it was only done every other day so be carefull not to use all the towels cause there is no way of getting new ones till the maids next come.
i thought that the appartment was VERY over priced for what it was, but really that is my only complant, if you manage to get a good deal on the pice then i would recomed it but really i would not pay more than £500 for a week for the standard that it was.
