Very friendly personnel especially in the restaurant, very tasty food. The BEST SUSHI EVER!!!!!!

Really lovely hotel just across the road from Pacha nightclub. Very noisy during day due to construction work across the road. Some of the staff were helpful, others not. An incident serious incident occurred in the club on one of the nights so we made a formal complaint to the members of staff in the hotel. They appeared to take this very seriously and we were told the manager would call us. We are still waiting!

Although we have an apartment on the island we decided to spend a birthday at El Hotel. Everything about the hotel was great and the breakfasts first class. At €120 per night it matched the quality of the room and amenities. We thought the high season rate was over the top and not worth paying for. One has to like Pacha as the noise coming from there on Friday and Saturday nights could be a problem - but not for us thankfully as we took advantage of the free entry for hotel guests. Would stay again at that rate.
