The hotel was at one time a wonderfull old building but its a shame that it needs a lot spent on it, i would love to redecorate the room we were in, but saying that it was clean and i'd go again.
It was in a good location for every thing and the view was very good looking up to the Dalt Vila, it may be spoilt when they finish the new hotel on top but we will have to wait and see, but as i was saying close to all the shops restaurants and bars a short walk from where the street entertainers parade,don't go after Sept it all stops we should have done more home work and found out if it was still going on but it was not but saying that still had a good time.
Will go again but with better home work

this is the 2nd year running that I have stayed at the hotel Montesol. on both occasions, the room was overlooking the main square and had a balcony. I found all the staff very polite and helpful and the room was clean and had aircon. I was also very impressed that, when we rolled in at half five one morning we were still able to get back into the hotel.
for location, helpfulness and value for money i would give it ten out of ten.
If you wish to stay just in ibiza town it is perfect but also if you want to head over to san antonio or bora bora beach, the bus stop for both is a matter of five minutes walk away.
I definitely intend to book next year.

A bit expensive compared with another hotel on Ibiza for a single room
