We spent 2 weeks in this hotel at the start of june. It was a pleasant experience over all with a couple of exceptions. First of all the door to our room did not lock from the inside and when mentioned to staff we were told to push a chair up against the door, this did not work for us as our 2 year old daughter was well able to push the chair out of the way. We were getting married over there and there were 45 people from our party staying at the hotel and some of the rooms locked but most did not. The rooms were also quite small myself, my husband and the 2 kids had the exact same size room as my brother and his son. The hotel states it has a laundry room which is a lie as they have 1 washing machine & 1 dryer. If you do get to use the machines I would strongly advise waiting there on them to finish as my wet washing was taken out of the dryer 3 times, twice by the hotel reps (uniform in dryer when I checked) and then my white washing (including my daughters flower girl dress) was actually stolen from the washing machine and this was not a once off incident as 1 of the hotel staff had washing stolen the day after mine was stolen.
Apart from the above our stay in the Miami was quite enjoyable, the food was nice with a good selection. The rooms were cleaned every day & the staff were really pleasant. I would however stay & the Zodiac apartments which are just across the bay if I returned to Es Canar as I stayed in these at the start of may for a week when I was there in may.

we have just got back from our 2 week half board stay at the miami, we had a great time, hotel was lovely, rooms basic but ideal to sleep in, food was nice, good choice most nights, entertainment seemed to be mostly aimed at germans which was the opion of every english person we spoke to so we didnt really partake in it! pool area is nice, pool is huge but no life guard and quiet dangerous for children again not just our opinion as it was very deep, the sun bed situation is abit of a joke as your squashed in like sardines and almost on top of whoever next to you! cant even fit handbag between them! so again we didnt really use the pool area! the location however is fantastic and you are right on one beach and walking distance of another in the other direction which in our opinion was much nicer! over all we had a fab holiday and wouldnt hesitate in using this hotel again despite the pool area, i definately wouldnt go in high season though as it was busy while we were there so dread to think what its like in mid summer! fab hotel for sleeping and eating in but wouldnt stay there all day and night, and youll find the people that moan on these reveiws about it are the people that didnt leave the hotel for the duration of there holiday!! but if you want to get out and about in the days its ideal!rnwould definately reccomendrn(ps we went with 2 young children who throughly enjoyed it!)

We have just returned home from this hotel. Couldnt have asked for more, the rooms were clean and tidy. All of the staff were friendly and the evening entertainment was great- esp the childrens disco which my 2yr old daughter absolutely loved! The food was excellent. The hotel is near enough on the sandy beach which is gorgeous or there is the large hotel pool if you prefer not to get covered in sand. All in all we had a great time, would love to go back again!

I was actually at the miami apartments accomodation which is opposite miami hotel.rni have a burning question which i hope those who stayed at hotel miami in july can answer.rnrnthe hotel played this song at least 6 times a day throughout my time there. it went something like "sunshine for you, sunshine for me. everybody's having fun .."rnit was a favourite with the little kids and i remember waking up to it every morning. does anyone know who the song is by or where i can buy it???rnrnthanks

Just returned from 2 weeks at Miami appartments, the appartments are in a great beachside location and are spacious with a stunning view. On the down side, the lifts have heavy manual outer doors which is difficult for those with buggies or wheelchairs, In the appartment the mould in the bathroom was slightly off -putting and the air conditioing very noisy! Cleaning and towel changes were erratic. My main concern and the reason I would not return here is that some of the behaviour in and around the pool was appaling mainly due to many parents choosing not to supervise their children!(not the hotels problem I know) This made it dangerous for younger children even when using the toddler pool as no-one seemed to respect that this was for very small children. I have not encountered this in other places and it has really put me off this place. The pool itself is too small for the number of guests using it. The reserving of sun loungers which often began at 10pm in the evening was the worst I ever encountered. (and yes it was thr Brits doing it!!) The resort itself has plenty to offer younger children and we would go gaain but not to these appartments

We Came Back on Saturday teh 19th, and I had to put my comments down. The Hotel was Brill, Staff in the resturant were very Cheerful and Happy.rnFood was Great, plenty of Choice everyday, with different foods from different countries, we where all inclusive, which again worked well for us, Ice Lollys Beer Water, all day if you wished, The rooms where cleaned everyday and Fresh Towels , so in all a really lovely Hotel, Kids Club was Great as well, and those kids club dances we still keep singing them.rnrn:-)

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the Hotel Miami.rnFound the service and facilities to the highest standard and made many friends during our two weeks.rnThe camaraderie at poolside was amazing and the location ideal for families.rnThe animation team also did a fantastic job througout the day and night.rnWe cannot get the 'Club Dance' our of our heads and cannot wait to return next summer.rnAdios Amigos!rnrnGary Marsh, Mountain Ash, South Wales, UK

Me and my wife spent 10 days at this wonderful hotel recentley. The check in was a bit slow but after that everything was great. The food was excellent and plenty of it and you can't ask for a more ideal loacation. The rooms were nice and clean and towels changed daily. Highly recomended *****

To be fair hotel miami is one of the best places to be. I strongaly recomend it for all ages theres plenty to do. You are literally 2 minutes away from es canas beautiful fun filled beach. The food in the miami is great the staff are lovely, and remember you year after year. Theres so much to do and they always have a fantastic animation team for you. Iv'e been now 10 years running and plan to go back next year and the year after. I recomend jacaranda and charlies for drinking on the night time there great :)

Excellent hotel. We had a lovely time the only thing i will say is you have to queue all the time to get your drinks at least 5/10 mins apart from that everything is spot on. Wide range of food even for the kids, very clean hotel definately a family place.

I have just returned from this fantastic holiday with my family! we went half board for a week, and just got back yesterday. Have to say it was one of my best holidays. The hotel was modern, clean, staff, reps were friendly & nice.rnthe room was great for sharing, spacious and roomy!rnNice views! Was cleaned everyday by a maid who made a fantastic job of it.rnes cana is definately a family holiday, would most be reccomended to come here! Bars/restaurants fantastic! We went on 2 cruises, to san antonio (more night life) on the first night we arrived! absolutely amazing! reccomend u should go on this, as u see the sunset on the way back, felt like paradise! rnoverall great holiday, would definately go back!rn

Found the hotel vey accomadateing for the disabled and very easy to get to the beach, the roads and pavement arnt very good for wheel chairs, but the hotel is very good and the cleaners are vey good to, alround we like the hotel and we have been there 5 times
