Apartments are in an ideal location in between ibiza town and Playa D Enbossa right on the sea front. Plenty of nice restautants near by.

Arrived late at night and dissapointed that there was no basic welcome pack so unable to make even a cup of tea. Reception were unable to help so we went to a nearby bar who kindly gave us a few tea bags. We would recommend a basic welcome pack being available especially for late arrivals. We had booked the penthouse apartment and when we entered there was a really bad smell from the drains. We opened doors and windows and the following morning we complained and were told that this was a problem they had been having with this particular apartment for a few weeks but they could not offer any solution. We did not want to move into another apartment so we went out and purchased disinfectant and poured this down every sink/bath/toilet. This solved the problem for the duration of the holiday but as we left it was starting to come back. However the roof terrace is massive and absolutely stunning and once we had solved the drain problem we were very happy and intend to book again.

it is a great place for a great value i recommend mary playa apartments or Hotel for everyone..its very close to downtown and a lot of restaurants and shops

Great location right on the beach with walking distance to Ibiza city centre. Short taxi rides to other beaches, airport and clubs. Friendly staff, clean rooms with all the equipment you might need. Really nice balconies with sea view!

The rooms are modern and well proportioned. The location is great and its lovely being right on the sea-front, but its quiet. The apartments are cleaned every day, although they don't do a great job of it. This is my 3rd time there, and I would certainly go there again.

My group of friends and I have been to the Mar y Playa 4 years in a row now, and each time we have got a better room / balcony than before. This last time we secured one of the penthouse appartments which has an amazing balcony (but only one bathroom for the two bedrooms).

We are all in our 30s (couples and singles), like clubbing but also appreciate clean living accommodation and great beaches and we absolutely love these appartments.

The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating (no matter what time of night/morning you get in), the rooms are cleaned daily but not until the afternoon which is great if you want to sleep in (plus the blackout blinds help too). The appartments are a short cab ride away from both Pasha and Space and on top of a great beach (great for people watching as it is a local beach too).

There are some great places to eat in Figuretas (Fusion Tapas bar is one of our favouites) + it is only a 20min walk into Ibiza town for even more choice.

The ferries for Formentera go from right outside the appartements too - what more could you want?

I really don't have a bad word to say about this place, although we have always been lucky and have had rooms with amazing sea view rooms.

The mar y play appartments are not luxury,but the place is excellent.
The management are super helpfull and friendly.
Surprise surprise, every day super cleaning the apartments and clean towels.
Silent aircon and a super view makes your stay extra comfortable

This was fabulous. aside from a loose lamp post the rooms were great, the view breathtaking. the bathrooms, AC, cleaning service were superb.
But the one thing that was truely spectacular were the staff. the most friendly, helpfull and super nice staff ive ever made.
Our stay was here was pure pleasure in every way.
Internet is only available in the reception area but, in a way, that was a nice change for us. :-)

our only regret was that we didnt stay longer!!

Four of us (females) stayed in the penthouse. GREAT terrace - HUGE! Fantastic view to watch the sunset and see the sea. Local eateries are amazing. It was not touristy or full of holiday makers. Beach front was never too busy. Easy walk into the main town (10 minutes) and a lovely scenic 20 minute walk to Bora Bora beach. There was no full length mirror in the apartment at all - a must for girls, and only one bedroom had a mirror. Shower was not compatible with the wall fitting so had to hold the shower in one hand to bathe. Otherwise, the terrace was large with sunbeds for private sun bathing. Must stay!

Hotel room had stunning views, room was on side so we had sea-view even from bedroom! In general room very clean, staff very polte and nice. I would recomend it for friends and family to visit!I think that was the best hotel around for great price!

The moment i walked into my Seaview Apt I was greeted with a gorgeous view of the sea and the beach below...The room was spotless..filled with light and lovely breeze off the sea... The room was good in size as was the bedroom and bathroom...the overall appearance in the apt could be updated a bit...rather bland but the views were amazing so...Found the pool area quite lovely as well, and the beach was a few steps away...lovely promenade with nice restaurants for a nice walk in the evening...located within an easy walk of the port and the boutiques and cafes. The staff was extremely helpful and quite charming... I will be making reservations for my vacation next summer and hope to get the same room... Found this Apt a good value for the money..

We had a 2 bedroomed penthouse appartment. It was fabulous, enormous balcony and beautiful views. Everything was clean and like new. The maid service was excellent and the reception staff were lovely. We liked the situation on the prom and opposite the beach, but only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Ibiza town. It is a shame that in May, most of the swimming pool terrace is in the shade. However maybe this is better in mid summer. Also there is an alternative swimming pool along the prom, just ask at reception for a voucher to use it for free. I would certainly recommend these appartments for adults looking for more than a beach holiday. Suggestion for management - with such a fabulous balcony to our appartment, a couple of sun loungers would be very welcome.

Great apartments, right on the beach, close to bars and restaurants. Rooms modern, bright and have air con - perfect! All have views of the beach or pool.
Staff friendly and helpful, maid tip toed out rather than clean around us!
Only negative for this hotel is the pool area. It is rather small and I imagine that in peak season you would struggle to get yourself a sunbed. By late afternoon most of the pool area is in shade.

Overall - well pleased and would recommend!
