Nice hotel. Low price, good quality. Stayed here for a week because of a family visit in march/ april, together with my mother of 86: the modern, all glass elevator was very accurate in her case. The room was okay, not so big, but good beds, clean. The shower room was very nice: clean, modern, good shower, but also small. Nice sunny balcony. Some noise at night in the weekend from restaurants/terraces on the street below, but very quiet the rest of the week. That might be different in the high season. Good breakfast with great choice and variety, only the eggs were always cold. All and all a good place to stay if you want to enjoy Ibiza-total: with a rental car you are close enough to both the rural and the party aspect of this island

we had a lovely room with seaview although we hadn't even asked for! the people there were very kind, the staff in the morning was a little bit grummy;-) we can recommend lux isla especially in the spring; there aren't so many people around as i suppose in the summer who could steal the sleep. the matresses were super!

kind and friendly staff once warmed up but had to work at it which shouldn't be expected - perhaps need a change of receptionist. She did however sort us out a room with an extra bed when we arrived although we did not get away without being charged for it. Room was perfectly suitable on the ground floor, excellently spacious and had a decent bathroom and great beds. Nothing special about the breakfast at all. I would definitely recommend it for a short stay in the Talamanca beach area despite the 10min walk to the real heart of the beach - expecially is you have somewhere to go and you don't want to be in a tiny room as most ibiza hotels and hostels seem to offer.

For the money & star rating this is an excellent choice. Its in a quiet location, close to a small beach. I found all the staff helpful and polite and would recommend to others.

Really lovely hotel. However if you want a hotel on the beach this is not for you. Although it is 50 yards from the beach, you cant see it from the hotel, there is no view of the sea from the ground floor and the part of the beach that is 50 yards away is not that great...it's a 10 min walk to get to where it's busy.

If you're looking for a hotel on the beach, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxed hotel set back from the beach then this is for you.

Great little place - would definitely stay there again! Only a few seconds walk from the beach and about 10 minutes from the ferry into Ibiza town.

Hotel is easy to find, there are signs all over the place. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful even though we were only staying one night. We only had brekkie, which is buffet style and a bit dry, but they are very relaxed about timing, it was still all out when we staggered down at 10.
Beach, bars, minisuper, eateries only a couple of minutes walk away. in a quiet area, 10 mins drive from airport, no pool, but overall a really nice hotel for a short stay.

This is an ideal budget choice for Ibiza. Talamanca is not that close to everything and it means plenty of taxi rides to get to clubs / bars etc. But if you are looking to not spend a fortune on accommodation then this place is ideal.

I have never been to such an unfriendly hotel in all my life. From the moment we first arrive - right through our entire stay - we were barely said hello to by the people that worked there (the dark haired receptionist lady apart who was friendly & helpful & indeed the only reasn I gave the staff 1/5). The middle aged, curly haired lady seemed to take an instant dislike to us even though we were neither loud or problematic to the hotel during our entire stay. My friend asked what time breakfast was a few days into our stay to be tutted & barked at 'I've told you before'...that was the last time either of us asked her a question.

On our last morning we weren't leaving until 10.30pm but were told there was no chance of keeping our room on for a fee, again this is the first time ever I have not been able to do this. We barely managed to negotiate them keeping our cases until we left for the airport & weren't offered shower facilities after 12pm when we had to vacate.

Its lucky we weren't the sort of people that let something like this spoil a great holiday because when your paying £800 between you for 8 nights B & B at that hotel it can certainly put a dampener on things.

I would definitely not recommend this to anyone under the age of 35. Indeed anyone English should think twice and read this review before committing to pay the Lux Isla what is quite a tidy sum to be treated like dirt.

On the positive side we were going to book for 2 weeks...

Really helpful and nice people working there, breakfast was great after a night of partying. Clean towels delivered everyday. Was meters to the beach and was in the quiet area so can actually sleep without be disturbed. A little harder to get in and out, but once you have the bus system or cabs down, it smooth sailing. Great walking path along the beach to the ports. Ibiza town not really that far just a good 20-25 mins. Close to Pacha and usually cost around 15-20 Euros to the other clubs. Great place to stay for the price and places to eat around the area.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel, mit noch netterem Personal. Gutes Frühstück.
Leider von Baustellen/Ruinen umgeben. Nachts sehr laute Umgebung, obwohl die absolute Nebensaison war.

It is a very cute little hotel, and the staff member was extremely friendly. Although plainly decorated, the room was very clean (especially the bathroom), and the continental breakfast was very good. For the price, it is truly a deal that you cannot beat.

A good value for money place to stay. Good clean bathrooms and decent rooms without any lavishness. Within walking distance of Pasha and a longer stroll to Ibiza town. To be recommended for a short stay.

Stayed at the Lux Isla twice this year and can't fault it. Good value for money just make sure your room has a balcony. Staff very friendly and will definitely go back next year.

From the moment we arrived in the Hotel Lux Isla ,we were made to feel welcome.rnThe Staff were very friendly and helpful. rnOur room was very nice with ensuite facilities, and was cleaned and tidied every day.rnEach morning we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast, before heading off to the beach which was only about two minutes walk from our accommodation.rnAt night we would dine in one of very good restaurants along the sea front and enjoyed a walk along the board walk.rnWe would definitely love to return to Talamanca and the Hotel Lux Isla.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lux Isla. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, with great showers (by Spanish standards) and some have lovely views of Talamanca bay. It's also sparklingly clean and the staff were generally very helpful and friendly, although the morning we checked out there was only one lady working the desk and she didn't do a great job of hiding her frustration. The only other issue we had was the lack of coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms. An excellent hotel overall, we'll definitely stay there again next time we're in Ibiza
