A little gem of a hotel, lovely rooms, simple but with all the essentials, colourful, very comfortable beds and with great views over the Marina.
Fairly quiet during the day (with the exception of a few ferries docking outside - but to be honest it was nice to see/hear so much coming and going, and it certainly didn't disturb me when sleeping during the day), but in the heart of the action at night.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the little restaurant does a fantastic seafood paella and has a lovely ambience.
A fantastic base from which to explore Ibiza town. We will most definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice time in Ibiza. The staff of La Marina has been very helpful and friendly!
The rooms of La Aduana were clean and cosy and at a great location.

Given that the plane was 5 hours late and I checked in at 2am without being able to ring through and let anyone know I was going to be late, there was someone on hand who was very understanding to my plight.
The airline had lost my bags too and the reception kept in touch with the airline and helped me track them down. I couldn't ask for more. They were friendly, receptive and most helpful.
The facilities at the hotel are fairly basic, but at the price you pay it was no surprise. I had the best room in the house for 90 euros per night...
It was the staff that really made the stay there and I would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone.

Paying an extra 20 euro (per night) to upgrade from a double to the terrace suite was the best money I spent on vacation.
The Hotel is in the first line of buildings on the waterfront and the view of the port couldn't be better. The location within the old town was just as picturesque .

Stayed here mainly for the location in Ibiza Town which didn't disappoint. Rooms quite basic and small but at the price what do you expect ! Breakfast down in the bar where good after a heavy night out and staff were quite helpful. Only problem was the noise, if you're at the front you get the ferries and the back you get the noise from the bars so tip is stay out late until all the bars have closed !!

We stayed at La Marina for 4 nights. It is good budget accommodation in a great location. We arrived by ferry so the location was even more perfect for us, only having to walk a few steps to our accommodatoin. The rooms are basic and very compact but have everything you need. We had a room at the front. Having read some previous reviews I thought it might be noisy, but we didn't find it so, and we had a nice view from our balcony. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was handy for breakfast you get a discount for breakfast if you are staying at La Marina, although for an evening meal I would say it was average - but I am vegetarian prob better for meat eaters of seafood lovers! Overall, I would recommend La Marina for those looking for budget accommodation or for short stays.

A great place to stay in the heart of town, a very reasonably priced, very clean hotel. We always stay here as it is so convenient, don't take small children as they be be distubed by the noisy bars at night, I say if you can't beat them... join them !

My husband and I had a great time in Ibiza! La Marina is a fab little place right in the middle of all the action, room absolutely spotless, I didn't find it too noisy at night bearing in mind all the bars etc are right beneath your window!I would definitely go back for the price it served as an excellent base to explore the Island

Location! Location! Location! When we first arrived at 3am, the streets packed with partygoers. We thought the worst. We needn't have worried though. Our room was so quiet...and clean and comfortable. The balcony offered great views of the marina as well as a place to relax and catch some sun. Would stay again in a flash!!

The hotel location is 100 perfect, a center of everything in Ibiza town. I was a bit worried about the noise of crowd at night, but our room was facing the bay side, and there's no problem sleeping at night. The wall, however, seems thin and you could hear neighbours but luckily they were quiet people so we had no problem also.Staffs are very friendly and kind.If we were to go back again, we don't mind at all to stay at La Marina again!!!I reccomend this hotel to all those people who like to stay close to the fan and crowd street at night, while want to have a bit of quietness in the room.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the 'penthouse' facing the harbour which had a great balcony looking over the water. After reading reviews I expected alot of noise from the boats but apart from the first morning when one was revving it's engine right outside making the windows rattle (!) we didn't have a problem with noise at all. It wasn't particularly big but I really liked the bright colours in the room and that you got a proper double bed rather than a twin and the fairies come quite late to make up the rooms which is a bonus if you've had a late night!
I thought some of the staff at reception were a bit....cold but as we didn't really need much help it didn't bother us too much.
Location-wise it's fantastic - especially if you're there for the nightlife as you're right in the middle of the action - 1 min walk from base bar and rock bar.
Overall, for this price, you could do alot worse. I'd stay there again.

La Marina is a great little place. In the middle of Ibiza Town you can be anywhere you want in a few minutes, and the views across the harbour are fab. Compared to most hotels in Ibiza, La Marina is cheap as chips, and without the package holiday crew too. There are several different price bands to choose from which means that you can stay according to whatever budget you have, and with all the rooms decorated in a simple but pretty Mediterranean style it's clear that the friendly staff care a lot about their little haven in the heart of Eivissa. Our room was closed for repairs and so we were given a little apartment further into the old streets of La Marina at no extra charge which was even better than where we had stayed before. This was my fourth stay at the hotel and definitely won't be the last.

I really loved our room at La Marina. It was facing Dalt Vila, but we didn't find it too noisy - there were shutters, double glazing and air conditioning, so it wasn't a problem. And in any case, you don't come to Ibiza for a quiet holiday! We also had a whirlpool bath and useful (and not overpriced) minibar and snacks too - very well thought through for party people. The only problem was that water was coming through our ceiling slightly when we arrived. They didn't do anything about it and the next day when trying to have a disco nap, it started pouring through. They still didn't want to move us until the electricity shorted out! We were in a delicate state so moving to another building wasn't much fun, though we did get a cute little apartment (where the maids kept letting themselves in unannounced - three times in one afternoon when we were sleeping!). Despite this I'd definitely recommend it - so handy, so central and nice, cute rooms.

Just returned from a week on the white island staying in a double habour view room in La Marina, what a fantastic view! Great location slap bang in the centre of the port. Good size room, decent bathroom with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Air-con works well and the room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. Staff are great. There were three simple breakfast choices (from 2 to 6 euros) availlable in the restaurant and these were good value compared to the bars around the hotel (breakfast is not included in the room rate). The location can get noisy, but we weren't unduly disturbed. If you're clubbers, a room at the back is best as it's quiet through the day, if the beach is your thing, then the front is quieter at night. Cheap and easy parking in the gypsy car park behind burger king is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. In the past three years I've stayed at El Corsario (fine and quiet), La Ventana (a scum hole and a ripoff), La Marina is the one I would unhesitatingly return to and offers pretty good value for Ibiza town.
