Reviews of the La Marina Hostel
Cosy hostel, ideally located in the centre of the old town, overlooking the sea with great views over the port.

I like to party, and this is the perfect place to dance in the street, five feet from the room, party all night long, and then go to the club, party to the morning and then to the beach for some diving.
perfect for the youngster!

We stayed for 5 nights in the block behind La Marina Hostel. This was about 10 mins walk away from the port area/taxi ranks. The room was basic & not massive but with the balcony outside area it did not feel too small. I would suggest having a balcony otherwise the room could feel too small. The bed was very comfortable but the bathroom was very small. Overall the room we had was pretty cheap for Ibiza. It had a small space outside the front of the building for our moped & it was quiet on a night as it is a residential area really. It's basic but the room was very clean and towels were changed at least twice from memory. Overall for a couple who want somewhere cheap to stay in a great location handy for Ibiza town/port area I can't recommend highly enough.

Just returned from a week on the white island staying in a double habour view room in La Marina, what a fantastic view! Great location slap bang in the centre of the port. Small preatty room but decent bathroom with great water pressure and lots of hot water. Air-con works well and the room was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. Staff are great. There were three simple breakfast choices (from 2 to 6 euros) availlable in the restaurant and these were good value compared to the bars around the hotel (breakfast is not included in the room rate). The location can get noisy, but we weren't unduly disturbed. If you're clubbers, a room at the back is best as it's quiet through the day, if the beach is your thing, then the front is quieter at night. La Marina is where I would unhesitatingly return to and offers pretty good value for Ibiza town. Restaurant is very very good.

I had a wonderful stay in the Hotel La Marina, the location of which was optimal. Very close to catching the little boat to Talamanca beach. I was upgraded free of charge and had a fantastic view of the entire harbour. Sun shone on my amble patio most of the day. Unfortunately there was a really bad smell from the bathroom.

Remember this is a "hostal" so you can hardly expect the room to be spacious.
