Facilities are out dated.
no wi-fi/internet
no proper safe/deposit boxes
no where to get food after 4am
Bed sheets never changed for stay of 2 weeks!!!
(its good thing i had 4 beds and was staying there only with 1 fiend, so i made use of them)

new towels were only given on 3rd day of stay!!!
RUDE staff, especially at check-in. Yes we all know they have to deal with lunatics all summer long, BUT they signed up for the job!!! so no excuses for rudeness.

The maids storm in the apt, start making noise, while they see you sleeping!!! thats bizarre!!! Actually moving furniture on the floor, then yelling at me for putting the couch on a different side.

Ill never want to stay there again.

The only thing was we booked in the apartments because some friends were booked there but we were placed in a block a few mins walk. Not a big problem but not ideal

I always come to Jet when I stay in Ibiza, I enjoy the laid back atmosfear and its central location for the clubs i.e. Space DC10's.

A Big thank you to the girls in the Pago Pago Bar in the Jet grounds..Very friendly and helpful.

Jet is a great place to stay in Ibiza! It's in a fantastic location and has everything you need for your vacation, plus right on the beach and next to Bora Bora! It's definitely a fun, party place, so don't stay here if you want a quiet getaway. We had a great time here and would stay again.

Fab location and beautiful apartment overlooking the beach and Bora Bora. Quiet in the mornings and during the day to get sleep in! Food, drink, pharmacy and grocery stores at your doorstep. Fresh towels each day. Will definitely stay again!

Excellent location and value for money however we found the staff to be quite rude and not willing to assist. The staff were even unable to provide us with a map of the surrounding area or provide us with accurate directions of how to get anywhere on the island. We had an off site two bedroom apartment so did not use the hotel facilities. The apartment was right next to Bora Bora and had a lovely view over the beach.

If you are staying on Playa d'en Bossa, JET is the only place to be. Perfect location on the beach and great pool and bar facilities. Also, the Bora Bora beach club is right downstairs, so you are never far from the good times.

Bring a beach towel as none are provided. Hit the grocery store on right in the Jet Apts for the best deals. The refrigerator in our room was the perfect way to save a few Euros and make our own lunches every day.

I'll be back at Jet next season!

I booked online for Jet Apartments. I has tried to book for 12 days, but was unable to, so i booked 2 days at Jet Apartments and 10 days at Mar Y Playa Apartments. on arrival at 2am in the morning, Jet apartments politely informed me that they had given my room away, and would have to move me somewhere else. Needless to say, i was unhappy.

The apartment they moved me to was a DUMP, terrible to say the least. seemed old, in fact so old, i was worried about sleeping on the bed due to hygiene reasons. Jet then said, we will reduce your rates from EUR 185 per night to EUR 140 a night. the place they put me in could not have cot more that EUR 50 a night. it was terrible. the next day i stayed in the room booked and it was average. i feel the price was very high for the room they provided. Needless to say, i wont be booking another apartment with Jet again. Thank goodness it was only 2 nights!

i then moved to Mar Y Playa apartments, which was incredible, friendly staff, AMAZING apartments, modern, hygienic and really professional. this slept 3 ppl instead of 2 at Jet and only cost EUR 128 per night. a much better option. so the last 10 days of my holidays were wonderful.

We had fantastic apartment that didnt seem anymore than a few years old. It was located across the road from the famous Bora Bora beach bar and the balcony looked straight onto the beach. When we lost one of the room keys they still returned our deposit in full. First time in Jet but not the last, even going to ask for the same room next year....

Throughout our stay at the apartments the staff were courteous and extremely helpful. The rooms, although fairly basic, were a good size, had all the necessary facilities and were cleaned every day.

When we first checked in, the lock on the patio door was broken but we reported it to the front desk and it was fixed the next day. A minor negative that was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the staff.

The biggest issue for me, as a hotel guest, was having to pay five Euro per bed per day to use the sun loungers by the pool. And another five Euro if you wanted a parasol! Given that the pool is open to the beach and can therefore be accessed by non-guests I can understand charging individuals if they are not staying at the hotel but guests should be able to use all the facilities at no extra cost.

The cleaner only came the first 2 out of 5 days, so as you can imagine the apt was covered with sand by the 5th day.

Also a bit dissapointed that guests of Jet have to pay for loungers around the pool.

The apartment itself was great - location, sizewise and facilities etc (i.e. Kitchenette and large balcony)

Had the time of our lives. If you want to be in the middle of everything this is the place. Bora Bora is right there. Space is just down the street, it was perfect. The only thing we didn't use was the kitchen, next time we'll just get a regular room. The maids cleaned the room almost daily. Leave them a good tip and they will take good care of you.
Rooms were clean and basic but perfect for what we were there for, and that was to party. If you need anything there ask for Tiego at the desk and tell him Danielle from Canada( room 207) told you to tell him to take good care of you during your stay at Jet.
The complex was not "out of control" with noise or parties. You hardly sleep while you're there anyway....lol.
The beach was nice and clean. They clean it every night picking up all the garbage. Chairs were very $$$$ 9 euro per chair on the beach. They were cheaper by the pool.
If you need tickets for any events you must go see "Natalie" at Marina's right outside of the Jet complex. Again tell her Danielle from Canada sent you in. She took good care of us.

The check in & the check out was very smooth, but with no one helps to take the luggage’s to or from the apartment, after that there was no connection to the reception (there was no internal phone) in order to ask for any thing so I had to go to the reception my self for any inquiry where it was far from the apartment, beside that I did not see any facilities in there. And there were no English channels in the room.

A pleasant and enjoyable stay with well equipped rooms. We had a one bed and two bed apartment both with good sized rooms and air conditioning. The balcony’s are an excellent feature which are great for chilling and watching the world go by. Nicely located on the sea front and a short walk to Space, the only downside we experienced was the bass from Bora Bora beach club, or the reverberating noise through the floor from the other apartments. Overall we would use the apartments again but maybe ask to be further away from Bora Bora club or just take ear plugs!

Everything was fine, but Ibiza was a lot more expensive than the last time I went (3 years ago). The only thing that really left a bad taste in my mouth was the 5 Euro a day rental of the chaise lounges. After paying 150 Euros a night for accomadations, you would think that all facilities would be all inclusive.

The location is absolutely perfect!!!! great place for your people to go and have real fun!!!!! being so close to Bora Bora is as good as it will ever get!
The rooms can be a little cleaner but in general the service and the hotel is outstanding!
Definitely recommend going to Ibiza at least once in your lifetime, and definitely stay in Jet apts.... i hope to come back soon!

We had a great stay at Jet Apartments.
The location is great, very close to the airport and Playa den' Bossa beach which is beautiful. Staff were very helpful even at 2:30am when we arrived!. The apartment was basic but clean. Our room was service every day except for one... not sure if they missed us or what...? The rooms are airconditioned.. however is more like just "blowin air" rather than cold air.. but it did the job. We have a very good stay and will definately stay there on our next visit to Ibiza... which I hope will be soon!!

LOVED IT! AWSOME AWSOME, balconies that open up to the beach, the music, close by to bora bora and net cafe aswell, and the bedrooms are perfectly sound and light proof so you can sleep in, airconditioning aswell! my friends and i were very very happy. I always read those net reviews and think someone is planted to advertise it but this time its true. The beds could have been comfier though!!! big time!

I am AMERICAN and paying Euro. So that said we dealt with the small stuff and still had the time of our life! They don't call it Jet for nothing you get to welcome every Jet coming on to the Island like 1000ft between you and the aircraft. I enjoy Bora Bora and it's right there to party for free on the beach all night. I could barely here it at night in the room and that let me sleep. I would bring earplugs though because your going to have loud neighbors at all times of the night. I thought the maid could of cleaned better and changed the sheets more than once after two weeks.Oh and the water is super salty and you really don't fill that clean after a shower. You defiantly don't want to drink it, buy bottled water! The facilities around the jet are nice but they all charge you even for laundry which we thought they would have a laundry room to do your own. The prices on the groceries are way jacked up and I recommend taking the bus half way too Ibiza town to shop at "A PROG" which is there actual grocery store and you will save allot of money.I would stay again but in the studio because it's cheaper and you an just push the two couches together and you got a bed for two people. You can pay allot more for a actual bedroom with beds that you have to push together anyways for a couple and the couches were just as comfortable as the beds. If you fallow these instructions you will save!ELI

my girfriend and i had a great time again at the apartments,3 times we have been and never had any problems,staff are friendly and helpful.cleaners are in every day making the place tidy and clean,the security has been improved with new shutters on the ground floor apartments,and new sliding patio doors in all the rooms.The pools and surrounding areas are in great condition,with bars and restaurants all close at hand..and of course the beach is right on your doorstep.Jet has everthing you need,all in one package.Its great for all types of holidaymakers,young people,couples or even familys.Its that good my family and i are going again in august next year,and my girlfriend brothers family also,thats 10 of us out to have another great time at Jet.If it was no good we wouldnt be going again and again year after year,looking forward to next year,see you there. One of the best apartments for clubbers to stay in due to the proximity to Space, DC10 and Ibiza Town. The apartments themselves are fairly basic but the complex offers good facilities with two simming pools, supermarket, gym, hairdressers, etc.I would only recommend Jet for young groups, clubbers, etc and not families. It can be quite loud at times not rowdy and there are probably nicerprettier apartments in Playa D'en Bossa that cater for families and those wanting a relaxing holiday.Overall Jet is a good choice for a clubbing holiday due to its proximity and on-site facilities, albeit basic rooms.

The room is very basic, but let's face it you've decided to stay in playa den Bosa, so you probably won't be seeing much of it.The room was clean, but I don't think it got cleaned again for the five days of our stay.. I wouldn't have either though with all of our stuff everywhere. If we can't be bothered why should they. The location is the best i've experienced in Ibiza. You are away from scummy san an' and a 30 second walk max to Bora Bora beach, which is full of beautiful friendly people.. Also all of the major clubs are on your doorstep.I will definately go back to Jet next year and every year that the white isle is my destination of choice.Bill London

the apartment was basic and we never received clean towels or bed linen all week. the beds were back breaking and the kitchen wasn't worth talking about.The shop on site was a rip off, the staff didn't speak good english in the apartments. They request 50 euros deposit for the room and if you loose this tiny receipt for the deposit you don't get it back, what a good scam ehYou had to pay for the privelge of sunbathing and then got kicked off way before the sun went out and the pool was basic and not heated.The room for washing before leaving is discusting you would not even wash your dog in it or sit on the scummy sofas to rest on before your flight.Ibiza the island is fab, but don't spoil it by staying at this dump.

First time in Ibiza, our group of 4 stayed at the Jet Apartments. First off, we had an unbelievably great time in the Jet complex! Our room had 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, plus a living room with 2 couches, TV, full kitchen wfridge, large bathroom. The size of the room was terrific. The hotel isn't new thus we didn't except top quality finishes, but the rooms were satisfactorily clean and we had no complaints, considering we didn't spend much time there unless we were eating, sleeping or relaxing before a night out on the town. View from room was ok, as we faced another hotel but the beach was visible from one side. Please beware: only stay here if you want to have an amazing time and don't mind losing a little sleep...the atmoshpere around the jet Complex is electrifying, the beach parties are endless. Airport is 15 min away, grocery other stores are across the street, great location! I wouldn't consider another hotel and I plan on returning to Jet next summer, honestly!We had complications with our room booking, but the staff was curteous and took care of it in no time. Great Job Jet! Can't wait till next summer!

We were given a beautiful room in the new part of jet. We had only one key between 5 people and a key was needed to get through the gate into the area. The room was lovely and brand new, overlooking the beach. We were told we could use the pool in the area. When we used the pool we were shouted at by residents and even threatened with a blade by the 'manager' who was trimming the olive bushes.

Good overall experience at Jet. Personnel helpful and friendly and lots of convenient options on premises supermarket, safety deposit boxes, currency exchange. Excellent location with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and clubs nearby walking distance including Bora Bora and Space. Also, a great location for watching the sun rise. For the price, very satisfied with Jet complex and would recommend.

JET Apartments' best quality is the location! Bora Bora Beach is directly in front of JET, a superb pre-party bar 'Monda' is a block away, Space is a 300m walk, and DC 10 is a 5 euro cab ride. If you want to party JET is the best location on the island. I was not pleased with the shower or the quality of the water in the apartment. The shower head had no pressure, the tub moved beneath my feet when showering, and the water was straight from the sea. Also, Jet does not have any good restaurants nearby. The best restaurants are in Playa Figuertes.

oh my god!! jet apartments wer awesome!!! we had such a great view and lots ov night life such as bora bora and space just a few minutes walk away.. also a club that me and my frends recomended for us the ultimate big bens club!! it became home to us and became great freinds with the bar men and dj.. some really nice and wunderful people to get along with... i recommend this holiday to anyone who is a total party goer, it isnt the place to go if your a party pooperrnwould like to give a big thanks to jet for giving us a great holiday. and we love andre and deigo and vincent from big bens. :-) xx

DO NOT STAY HERE!!rnThe wardrobes made our clothes smell of old trainers. We were ill from the general dirty conditions. We had a view of a roundabout and road. Neighbours from hell!! All that for a GRAND. Bora Bora beach, although great in the photos was never cleaned and covered in fag butts. The music is Techno House (great for Germans) and constant. We are hardcore clubbers but even this insessent dross started to wear thin after day 2. Drinks cost the earth in Platja d'en Bossa - save your money. The beach at San Antonio is no longer and Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar are frequented by families and not clubbers feeling the vibe looking for that high as the sun goes down. A massive disappointment all round. Go by all means if you are a loaded rude boy after a fight and clubs that exploit you. Ibiza R.I.P.

i couldn't have asked for a better apartment, or how close the night life actaully is. i really enjoyed space and especially murphys bar, it turned in to our local when we were there!! the supermarket and beach are a 30 second walk away which was handy and there wer also passage and pago pago 2 grab a quick lunch and have it delivered to you right on the beac!! the weather was fantastic and it was the best holiday experience ever!!

We were very disappointed to have to pay 50 euros deposit (refundable when you depart).then there was a charge for everything, kettle,tv,iron etc, we used the pan to boil water for a cuppa (bottled). The worst was having to pay 4euros each EVERY day for the loungers!! THAT WAS 16 EUROS PER DAY!! The cleaners were efficient tho and if we had a problem ie key not working , the repair man was there within 5 minutes. Some of the younger people had glasses and bottles by the pool every day resulting in glass in the pool on 2 occasions,although the pool man came out immediately and cleaned it, however a young man got straight back on a lilo, bottle in hand within 5 minutes!! shouldn't be allowed to have glass by the pool. The room was nice,lots of clean towels, bedding daily, I dont think its for families tho,although the water park was a lovely day out and Big Bens was a nice family pub with shows etc. I would say that its more for younger element,clubbers etc, as its overlooking Bora Bora etc. So if your young and want to party its the place for you to be....

Be warned, the first thing you should know is that ALL the water running through the hotel is SALT water..which means that when you brush your teeth, take a shower or wash your dishes, you should be prepared for a salt water flavor/smell & residue. We found ourselves having to buy bottled water in order to rinse with fresh water..
The beds are super small- single beds (not doubles, unlike the pictures show).
Also, when checking in, though I asked repeatedly, my friend and I were only given 1 key to share between the both of us (which is a PAIN if you have diffrent party plans). They repeatedly denied us although we knew a couple of guys who had just arrived as well that WERE given 2 seperate keys. Favoritism? Racism (yes, we are Black, they weren't)? Who knows.. but these rules should be applied to everyone across the board if this is indeed their "strict policy".

Also, a deposit was required from us to turn on the A.C. (!) and to use the television. Again, the other group of guys we knew did NOT have to leave a deposit.

Finally, you should know that there are NO ELEVATORS. So you will have to haul all your luggage up the stairs..hopefully not up 3 flights of stairs, like we did.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideally located for Bora Bora, Space and the airport. We had no trouble with noise or other guests. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay (1 week). It was cleaned every day by maids. And all for the price of £13.50 per night. EXCELLENT!

On arrival, we were told that the apartments were overbooked and that we could not receive the 2 bedroom apartment we had booked, or even a 1 bedroom apartment. We were sent to a small studio apartment for the first 2 days of our stay. it was not impressive - beside road, noisy, problem with air-con. However the manager (Betty) was very pleasant and as helpful as possible and we received a refund for the price difference. When we moved to our booked apartment, it was fantastic - spacious, clean, beach view, better location. It was the ideal for those wanting to party - the constant boom from bora bora kept us in the mood ...

Good God!

The process works so well, that you even remind me to thank you on a public forum. That holiday I just enjoyed was the greatest party of my life. Thanks to Jet Apartments - in particular to Bora Bora, and to Eivissa island for being so gorgeous! Thanks also to DC10 for showing just how late a start one should enjoy on a Monday ;-)

Jet apartments kick ass. Playa den bossa is by FAR the best place for partying in Ibiza... with Bora Bora right in front of you, and space behind you, there's always a party going on...
They are great value for money too. I highly reccommend staying here.
But only in the 2 bdrm ocean view apartments - friends stayed in a studio and it was tiny and a bit crap!

me my girlfriend and mates had a wicked time staying at your apartments. they were in a perfect position right next to bora bora beach and we'd defo stay there next year. the only problem was the morea restaurant downstairs where we were rudely treated and felt bad for being english. i hope their attitude changes for next year cause apart from that the jet complex was top and we can't wait for next year

JET Apartments are a cheap and cheerful option if you want to be right in the thick of things at one of the nicer resorts in Ibiza, Playa D'en Bossa.

The apartment we had was a little tired and need of modernisation if I'm honest, but it was cleaned daily and our towels were replaced regularly.

Although right next to a collection of beach bars/restaurants which pumped out loud music all day and night, we never found this a nuiscance. If anything, it was nice to have so many options on our doorstep.

Overall, a pleasant experience for my first trip to Ibiza.

had an absoulutely brilliant time in ibiza this summer, will probably be back in september for the closings. jet was excellent once again, my third time staying there, and enjoyed every minute. very clean appartments, very friendly bi-lingual staff and excellent pools.

I couldn't have asked for better accommodation. If I rememeber correctly I threw my bag in enjoyment when seeing the apartment. Amazing sea view, clean and comfortable. Moorea Restaurant was my second home. Incredible Sangria and Paella. And if you're there at the right time or ask nicely they'll play Erick Morillo - Subliminal while you dine. Perfect way to get fired up for a night on the town. So close to everything in Playa d'en Bossa. You avoid the chaos of San Antonio but are minutes away from Bora Bora if you feel like killing it. When I return next summer I'll definitely be staying at the Jet Apartments. I've only been home 5 days and it's all I can think about.
Canada loves Ibiza, see you next year.

Jet Apartments are well located if you want to be close to the action. Service and commodities are great. Beach is beautiful with a great view of Ibiza Town. And as they say, all rooms have a view on the ocean. The appartment was VERY confortable and the restaurant Morea was the best we could find in Playa d'en Bossa. But for great cuisine, go elsewhere than d'en Bossa.

Two downsides : airport is next buy so you have to like the sound of jets flying over your head every 10 minutes. Not that bad however : it does give a feeling of a lively place.

Also, too much partying in the corridors of the hotel. Every night or morning, we were woken up by screaming drunken loud pepole just by our door.

But all in all, I would go back.

Grt position esp near BoraBora.Freindly,helpful staff.Having to hire basics like kettle toaster microwave music-really detracts,annoys,frustrates and wastes time-for self catering aptmnt!Staff should also clean dishes when servicing room-cutlery,pots,pans very inferior quality-pity cos venue is very well located-overpriced due to being underequipped.HAD FUN THO!!

Great location!!!!!!!
I found the reception staff a little rude but maybe they just had heaps of work to do??
Apart from the fact that we were given the wrong room, according to our booking, the room was quite good and had a great view of the hotel pool and the beach.
I found all the staff in the moorea beach cafe very friendly and welcoming and all the food was fantastic, oh and go the fresh orange juice,lazing by the pool is definately a great option and it is also in great proximity to bora bora beach bar which is quite good.
So overall a great time to be had and would definately consider staying in jet apartment complex again

Oh my god, what can i say, we had the BEST time ever in Ibiza and the Jet apartments were just where we wanted to be, so much so we have booked again for this September. Not for the faint hearted as the music plays almost 24/7. The beach-pool entertainment from other holiday makers in their post clubbing state is priceless, so for those of you who like people watching this is the place to be and be seen.
