The Hotel was great, lots of stuff going on right there. And West End is right around the corner, lots of stuff going on there till 5am. The room was good, confortable with a good view of the pool.

The hotel isn't what it portrays in it's advertisements, the rooms are small and cramped with the most basic facilities, we had an ant infestation and friends found a cockroach in their room. The food downstairs look like school lunch at the price of 8 euros. You also had to pay for your air conditioning. The staff were too laid back and you had to remind them five times until they actually got down to doing what you asked from them. The hotel was filthy all over and didn't not look newly refurbished, the pool was filthy with litter all in it, you couldn't even see the ibiza rocks sign at the bottom of it. There was music blaring from the pool area which started at 11:30am when you probably only went to bed at 6-7am. Not really advisable to go there to be honest.

i like the hotel because of senires preparing staff , in additon the enviroment so cool , but i wiah to see ibiza rocks hotel agine in new style .

We absolutely loved our stay.
Endless partying and the night before departure, the hotel had a great party everyone enjoyed.
Bottom line,
If you are a party lover, choose this hotel :)

Huge disappointment. Pictures of your rooms should be entered in your advertizing website. Also, staff members, as busy as they are, should still be willing to help each customer with locations, money exchanges, etc. I went to exchange coins for bills and was turned away because the staff said they couldn't accept any more coins, held up a small ziplock bag, and said that was too many. To me as a business man and professional, i consider that unsatisfactory performance. This hotel was a very big dissapointment to us and brought the quality of our trip down a few notches.

This hotel is certainly for the younger generation!! meaning 16 - 18 year olds!! being 28 i do not consider myself as old, i am a young viberant person who likes clubbing and haveing a laugh!! but i also like to be able to sleep!! you have non-stop screaming and shouting ALL NIGHT until about 6am, and the staff dont do anything about it!! the rooms arevery basic and HOT!! you have to pay 6€ a night if you want the air con on! you have to pay a 10€ deposit for the hairdryer!! you have to put youyr own sheets on the bed as well!!
the reps are good though, they know all about the clubs, best places to go i would say they are the best thing about the hotel!!
Personally i would NOT stay there again!!!! it DID NOT ROCK!
