had a great time in ibiza the hawaii is good place for a base. it's a 5 minute walk to bar m the bay bar and right outside the taxi boat for the sunset strip. managed to get a free upgrade to the premium rooms on arrival which include a free bottle of champagne and a bowl of fruit...drank the champagne but left the fruit.

Four Adults all enjoyed our stay, food was excellent, very clean, staff were very good, very steady 10 to 15 minute walk to San Antonio,(on the flat all the way),Poolside a little cramp, with not enough Sunbeds, but we always managed to get a Bed in the afternoon,Ferry ride into town for 2 Euros,if you have a sense of humour you have to try the Choo-choo Train ride into the Mountains, the Driver had us in stitches for 2 hours, and all for 11 Euros, with a drink at halfway. The Train leaves from near the Fountains on the main square at 11am,and 1pm each day.All in all we enjoyed our stay, biggest problem we encountered was the very thin walls which meant you could hear most of what next door were doing.

As a young couple we really enjoyed our stay here! Not only was the food and selection of drinks fantastic for all inclusive, but the price also. The room was clean, modern and the view out of this world. The only bad thing we have to say about the hotel was the lifts. Being on the top floor we sometimes took the easy way down. We would have been alot quicker taling the stairs, very very slow. Overall a great hotel.

Food excellent. Location tops. Service OK if you speak German or Spanish or both! Reception was pitiful (sign in Spanish no info in English on Taxis). Wait staff speak Spanish and limited English. Loud louts at 5AM coming from the clubs. Smoke comes through the A/C. Thin walls - snoring next door or other nocturnal rituals. 6AM Eurosong Mancusian group. Generally won't go back.

second time at this hotel, excellent position, yards away from the beach, pool excellent too.rn food was very good,a bit repetitive, but all very nice.rn rooms cleaned every day, rooms basic, but very clean.rn bar staff were excellent, one barman people thought were miserable, but i soon worked out its his dry sense of humour.a word for sara, increadibly friendly and couldnt do enough for you, hope your there next year sara.rn location is perfect,in easy reach of the nightlife, especially bar m for ibiza rocks, but hotel nice and quiet, excellentrn one last thing,do the games, and abbey, well what can you say abbey is a star and the hotel must not lose him,he brings that something extra to your hols.rn all in all another excellent holiday here and hopefully be back next year

When we arrived we were told there was no room for us. However we were put up in the adjacent hotel (neptuno) and then transferred across the following morning. Obviously we werent happy with this, but the hotel were apologetic and gave us an upgrade from Half Board to all inclusive for 3 days as compensation, they also gave us champagne and fruit too, so all in all we were very happy.rnrnAll the staff (apart from 1) where fantastic and helpful. The choice of food is great, whether you love hot, cold, salad, cakes, fruit, whatever ... they have it all, choice aplenty and food aplenty too.rnrnThe rooms are reasonable and ours with benefited from a brand new bathroom. The Air Con worked just fine and the views from the sea front balcony were amazing.rnrnThe bar service is great and entertainment reasonable too.rnrnThe location is perfect, situated within a 10 minute walk to the town with bars and clubs etc lining the route, and the newly built promenade is accessible straight from the hotel.... you can also catch the sea taxi which costs just 2 euro to arrive in the town in style; there is a jetty stop just outside the hotel.rnrnThe only gripes we had were the overbooking which given that we booked 9 months before travelling shouldnt have happended; whilst the hotel overcompensated for this, it could have been a problem if you have two or three kids in tow too. And the second niggle was the waiter service when seated in the complex was marred by one waiter who after taking our order took twenty minutes to deliver it, then got it wrong and was extremely rude; he then failed to bring the remainder of our order.... having watched this chap for a while it appears that if you are all inclusive this guy, and I stress not all, chooses to try and avoid you in favour of the paying guests and also the younger scantily dressed females. rnrnSo, overall, a great hotel with great staff and well worth the all inclusive supplement if you are thinking of it...but watch out if you have a family as the hotel appears to have a policy of overbooking (we witnessed two other couples experiencing the lack of a room while we were there) and watch out for the odd predatory ignorant sod of a waiter in the complex. Other than that would thoroughly recommend the place for family or couples.rnrnCraig Elwell

Having stayed in San Antonio for the past 9 years in various hotels I would make the following observationsrnYes it does have fantastic views and is very well situated but that apart I feel it is very overpriced to other hotels with similar facilities especially what they charged for things like the safety deposit box / television. Good points the staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean..

JUST GOT BACK FROM HOTEL HAWAII AFTER SPENDING 2 GLORIOUS WEEKS THERE - 03/06/07 - 17/06/07 - 12 OF US IN PARTY 8 ADULTS, 2 CHILDREN AND 2 INFANTS. HAD 3 ROOMS TOGTHER ON 2ND FLOOR AND ONE FAMILE ROOM ON 3RD FLOOR, WHICH WAS PLENTY BIG ENOUGH FOR MY DAUGHTER AND 3 CHILDREN. HOTEL VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. FOOD VERY VARIED, COULD OF BEEN MORE CHOICE FOR THE CHILDREN THOUGH. ONLY WENT HALF BOARD WILL DEFINATELY GO ALL INCLUSIVE NEXT TIME. HOTEL IS IN A GOOD LOCATION, IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING BUT FAR ENOUGH FROM THE CLUBS, SO THERE IS NO NOISE APART FROM THE HOTELS ENTERTAINMENT. PLENTY OF DAYTIME ENTERTAINMENTFOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL.

Great Hotel - no problems here. We had rooms 302-304 which gave great views over the bay, the location makes it a spot on walk to Bar M, The Bay Bar & Burger King for the XXL meal. The Cleaners are a bit keen though but if you have come in at 8am I guess any 'normal' time is not going to be ideal.
