Hotel is in an amazing location in San An, great price and very quiet at all times, which is the best thing about it when you need a little bit of a recharge of the batteries. Pool is also quite nice too and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend it and will be staying there again next year.

Great value for money and ideally situated just far enough from the west end to be considered (out of the hustle and bustle) 15 min walk to the port 30 second walk to calo des moro beach, its my third year staying here. Its very basic and does what it says on the tin. very safe and secure so dont worry about the horror stories you hear of apartments being broken into in ibiza as this simply doesnt happen here with the safes in the room and tight security on the front desk. Very proffessional and i'll be going back late august (for the fourth time). ideal for couples of those slightly older who want to party but not stay in the west end. thoroughly recommended.

This is the third year we have stayed at the Gran Sol Hotel for a long weekend in Ibiza. The hotel represents great value for money and we think the location is perfect. Being in our late 20's now, we still want to go out clubbing but we also like to have a few chill out days away from any noisy lager louts! The hotel is in easy walking distance to the sunset bars and west end strip but also far away enough that you have some peace and quiet when needed (especially if you want to sleep all day!)

We have only used the bar and pool area once or twice in the few years we have stayed here because we usually go to the beach but when we have been down there, the pool area was nice & clean with plenty of sun loungers and the bar was reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks and ice creams. The reception staff were helpful and spoke good english, they also offered to book us taxis when needed etc. The rooms are clean and basic but have everything you need; a fridge, balcony, safe and ensuite bathroom. The room and bathroom is always clean and tidy with good maid service. Also, you can usually get parked for free around the hotel which is a bonus and there are a couple of shops and cafes nearby.

this year was my second stay at Gran Sol. Great location for Sunset Strip, but the right side of town to be away from the west end crowd.

Rooms are clean, bathroom decent working air-con. Not many hotels in San An can rival the Gran Sol for quality and value for money.

Having stayed in calo de moro several times our stay at the gran sol was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need, air con, fridge, t.v, hairdryer. The staff are effecient and friendly and always willing to help.
The food is good and there is a varied choice for breaksfast.
The pool area is clean and relaxed.

This was our first stay in Ibiza so I was not too sure what to expect from the hotels - especially in San Antonio..but was pleasantly surprised by the Gran Sol hotel!

Friendly staff, good buffet style meals, reasonably priced drinks and cozy rooms with great views & air con!

The hotel is located a short walk from all the buzzing night life, bars and the sea, but detached enough for those poeple looking to just relax and enjoy hotel amenities (the pool was great and there is a private sun bathing area).

The only thing I would have liked, is WIFI internet to be available in the rooms. There is reception in the hotel lobby, but it would have been great to have in the rooms themselves.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would recommend Gran Sol to my friends!

I have stayed at the Gran Sol for several years now and always come back. The hotel is clean, well situated and reasonably priced. It has good facilities and tries to improve each year. My only personal gripe is, they only have bacon on alternate days for breakfast , other than that, very good.

Can't go wrong with this hotel. Short walk to centre. Near all the chill bars on the front. Sea across the road. Perfect.
