I've stayed here 3 times now, and it's always the same - very basic, but very cheap, very clean, and in a great location.

The hotel is directly on the beach in a pleasant 'old school 70's spanish resort', but is 15 mins walk to either Ibiza Town or Playa d'en Bossa.

The only real downsides to the hotel are the thin mattresses on the beds, the weak showers, and the lack of air-con (not such a problem in June or Sept, but not sure I'd want to be there in high summer).

All in all though, for a cheap few nights, when there are far more interesting things to spend your money on in Ibiza, it's a great place to lay your head for a few hours.

This hotel is ranked 1* the rooms are very simple
but decent, the room was very clean and cleaned every day. Towels and soap/shampoo available in the bathroom. The reception is english speaking and extremely helpfull, kind and service minded.
You can have a nice drink outside with a great view.
The hotel is located at the beach with a nice Palmtree boulevard ! At night small salesman show up and set up a small market with jewellery and all kinds of nice thing to buy.
10 minutes walk from Ibiza Center. Very clean beach were you can rent bed for 4 or 6 eur.
Around the corner a very nice French Croissanterie were you can have great breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel is quit simple but will do (coffee/thee, juice, small yoghart and some bread and marmelade)
Good price/quality and good location!

I´ve been to Ibiza many times over the years, most of them in the 70:s and 80:s. Seen this hotel many times, but never stayed until now.
Past rewiews have complained over a lack of electrical outlets, as well as no way to alleviate the heat during hot days and nights. I was pleased to se that those things had been taken care of prior to the 2010 season. 220V electrical outlet as well as a powerful fan mounted on te wall opposie the beds will make those problems vanish.The hotel is neatly kept and very clean. The staff is helpful and nice at all times. The Verser hotelchain offers sweet and salt water pools complete with sunchairs and parasolls at no charge within one minute of walking, should you not choose to stay at Figueretas Beach that the hotel virtually is situated on. Daily boat to Formentera leaves from the pier 100 meters from the hotel. Location of the hotel is simply unbeatable with the excellent Food Market as well as the Postoffice within 5 minutes of walking. Add another two minutes, and in different directions you will reach Ibiza Harbour, Playa den Bossa or the bus station. The later will allow you to easily cover the island without a rental car, should you want to. If you want to find a better alternative than this, I wish you the best of luck. Only if you are looking for 5 star service and facilities you will be succesful. Cant wait to go back again.
