The staff weren't very friendly, however the hotel itself is wonderful. The restauarnts within the hotel are disappointing, but in Ibiza, there are so many wonderful restaurants, there is no need to dine within the hotel. We did enjoy our time here but I don't think we'll be back to this hotel.

The hotel is situated perfectly as it is close to Santa Eulalia but also in short driving distance to all surrounding towns and cities. The room was very lovely and the view was excellent, we were in one of the suites and having the top floor with the jacuzzi's is a major plus, it is very relaxing, although they all need to be automatically swtiched off at a certain of night as they are very noisy and you end up having to get out of bed to turn it down and by the time you get up again it is on loud again. The other thing is the shower doors, you need to ensure that something is put on the bottom of them to stop any leaking, we had around 4 days where it kept leaking, it was looked at on numerous occassions and eventually it flooded less. During the quiter times you should probably not open each restaurant as most of them are empty except for the main one, you would save money this way. Apart from that it was a special holiday which we both thoroughly enjoyed and we would definitely come back and we have also told friends and family to come and visit you. Thank you

If you've got the cash this place is where you have to stay in Ibiza.

Truly high quality.

Bathroom for example... his and hers double handbasins, power shower with body sprays, big bath, all marble, heated mirror, biday.

Bedroom... big flat screen tv, dressing table, digital air con controls by the bed,
balcony, seating area with L-shaped sofa, big wardrobe, digital safe (free).

its blingtastic.
