The hotel's principal attraction is it's central location, being a short walk from the port cafes and bars, ferries and the bus station. It is a, pleasant, 25 minute walk to the beach at Talamanca.I found it to be reasonably quiet at night, with no noticible disturbance from the many nearby bars. This was in early in the season: mid-June.
My room was basic but adequate (I booked a single and got a twin). It was kept very clean, but some of the fixtures are getting a little worn.
The staff were friendly and efficient and I can recommend the bar for it's convivial atmosphere and reasonable prices.

Hired 4 apartments here for a hen do and had an amazing time. The apartments were great and very clean (fab that they were cleaned daily!). An added bonus that there was a swimming pool - pefect to relax first thing in the morning when coming in from a hard night! It was also good to meet in the bar before we hit the town. Close walking distance to everything.
Would recommend it.

Excellent value. Better than we expected.
Reception staff really helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Discovered small gym and pool on last day.
Very pleased that we stayed in Ibiza Town rather than San Antonio and hotel tucked down a side road pretty close to centre of town.
No hesitation in recommending this place for the money conscious traveller.

The apartment is obviously worth more then what it priced. We really had a good time staying in this apartment, especailly the staffs work here are so friendly and kindly to us, the apartment make us feel like a home.
I would like to go back to the same one if i go to santonio again...

In the night it is sometimes too loud, too busy in the floors. It depends on the guests in the hotel, but its a problem. The stuff on the reception was very friendly and it was very nice to give me a special room.

El Puerto Hotel is conveni-
ently situated for sightsee-
ing.If possible,we wanted to
stay in a room with ocean
view.Breakfast was very good
with a variety of buffe menu
having satisfied us.
We are a little perplexed by
the advance payment of acco-
modation charges,although
there are several reasons for
it.In addition,it was incon-
venient for us to pay a de-
posit to call abroad.
However,all through the stay
,we have much enjoyed and
visiting Ibiza will be some-
thing pleasant to look back
on.

I'm not sure what the rating system is from 1-5 but as everything is relative you really cannot go wrong with this place in terms of value for money. It may not be 5 star but it's clean, located in a quiet, yet close position near to the port. we rented an 'apartment' which was superb value having a reasonable sized bedroomroom with 2 beds, a lounge with extra bed, kitchen and bathroom. Staff were helpful and very friendly. I've stayed in a lot worse places in Ibiza that were a lot more money!

El Puerto Hotel was great. very basic but had everything you need and was clean with friendly staff. would recommend spending a bit more to get an apartment rather than just a room. great central location.
If i go to Ibiza again though i'd stay in the Figueretas Beach area. seems a lot cheaper and you're closer to space etc. Think you must pay a premium to be in Ibiza town.

Stayed in a 1bedroom apartment and shared with 1 mate. Apartment can comfortably house 4 people, so we enjoyed the extra space - in fact, 2 people are probably better off just getting a hotel room (rather than apartment).
Service staff were friendly
Reception always helpful
Gym equipment needed an update and service (several things were broken). Pool was nice and a great spot to relax.
All in all, definitely recommended!

We booked an apartment for 4 people recently. Our's didn't look anything like the picture, a bit smaller than expected but the location was fantastic. There was a car park just around the corner and walking distance to anything in Ibiza town. Supermarket across the road and a larger one down on the next corner. Would recommend!
