Reviews of the El Puerto Hotel and Apartments
In the centre of Ibiza Town just a few metres from the popular port area with it's wealth of bars. Fully air-conditioned.

the room is very spacious, but modest and a bit old. the distance to the sea and the pach is 45 minutes walking. if youre young maybe u should think of staying in the "playa den bossa" beach. service was very good and welcoming.

Our room was comfortable, staff were helpful and very friendly. The location was ideal as we only stayed two nights. Our flight home was departing at 4am, hotel staff allowed us to keep our room up until we were ready to leave for our flight at half price. This made a long flight home a lot better. Thanks for a lovely stay at your hotel

The location is quite convenient and the staff are very kind.
イビサ市街地の中心にあり、どこへ行くにもとても便利でした。また鍵が壊れるというトラブルがありましたが、スタッフの方が素早く対応してくれてとても良かったです。次にイビサに行く時もまた利用したいです。

We arrived at El Puerto Hotel and Apartments in the middle of the night but the gentleman on reception was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel is perfectly placed for everything in Ibiza Town, we could walk to Pacha in 10 minutes, the beach is about 15 mins walk and is not too crowded when you get there. There are loads of great restuarants and bars close by and the harbour and old town are only a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was good, loads of choice and was open from 7am to 10am so we could have breakfast after a night out partying before flying home!It is quiet so you can sleep whatever time of day or night it is. Taxis can drop you right outside the door of the hotel. It was clean and tidy. The room was smallish but we didn't need any more space, the ensuite bathroom was completely fine too, clean and everything we needed. Perfect spot for a long weekend. Close enough to San Antonio to get a taxi for a night of partying but far enough away to have a civilised meal/cocktail/sleep/potter about. I would definitley stay again.

I stayed at the El Puerto Apartments in August 2010 for 6 nights. The apartment was clean, aircon worked, we had the rooms serviced each day.
Location is perfect if you are going to Pacha, we walked home.
Front desk staff were helpfull.
I would rate these apartments 7/10 overall.
I didnt try the food so no comment.
Great Value for money and good location.

El Puerto gets 2000 thumbs up -- great place -- would definitely stay there again! Otherwise, why is Ibiza so expensive?

The hotel is great, close to a bus stop, close to restaurants, fast foods, taxi stop, shops, Pacha. There is a market right in front of it, which sells pretty much everything, food, sunscreen, booze...I would definitely recommend the hotel!!!

El Puerto is a bit dated in decor but had everything we needed, was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely stay there again. Excellent value and a great location in Ibiza Town.

This hotel was good value for money, very central and close to shops, bars and the main nightclubs. The breakfasts were ok, the rooms were clean, there was cheap internet downstairs, a bar on site and a handy supermarket opposite. The only downside were the reception staff who were so rude and unhelpful, especially the guy on arrival who practically threw my key card at me! However the best bit for me was the 2nd floor pool, it was kept lovely and clean and had plenty of sun loungers. There was a drinks machine there plus toilets and showers too. I would definately recommend this hotel mainly for singles and couples though as it could get a bit noisy in the evenings!
