Had very nice stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Food wasn't all that in hotel which was the only down point. Location not too bad about 15min walk from san antonio and ten in from cafe del mar/cafe mambo

A lot quieter than other Ibiza apartments but if you want to chill out during the day before big nights out then Costa Mar is spot on. Rooms are decent and the bar restaurant has all you need, again as long as you like it quiet. Its well located for the costal bars,San An bay and for the price is a great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.

My fiance' and I stayed at the Costa Mar apartments for a week in May 2007. It was great we really enjoyed it. We are both 30 year old. The staff were very friendly, apartments and studio were very basic but clean. Pool area is great with free sunbeds. A safety deposit box in your room. It is right on the sea front where the sun sets every night right in front of you it was wonderful. We are booked up to go back again next year. Excellent!!!

This was my fifth visit to Ibiza and the second time staying at the Costa Mar Studios (my first time was in 2001) and it was wonderful week. rnrnThe Costa Mar is situated in Caló d'es Moro which is about 1k from the centre of San Antonio. It is far enough away from the clamour of the West End, but close enough to walk with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Its location is certainly in the finest part of the resort. What it lacks in a proper beach is more than made up for in the amazing sunsets.rnrnThe Costa Mar was big enough as a hotel, but not too big that it became unfriendly and impersonal. The rooms were excellent and clean, the staff absolutely excellent. The draft San Miguel was absolutely wonderful. I would suggest that you ask for a room with a sea view. Just lazing on the balcony looking out towards the Bay with a bottle San Miguel, a glass of cava or a glass of Port from the supermarket a few minutes away was bliss.rnrnCaló d'es Moro is in a mainly quieter area of the island. You sometimes hear music from the Mambo area or the odd motorbike, but it is nothing to bother you about. The loudest noise is from the crickets at night. rnrnThe madness of San Antonio is only 15 minutes away are there are a number of excellent bars within minutes of the Costa Mar such as Cafe Mambo, Del Mar, Savannah, Café del Mar, Coastline, Kanyas, Savannah, Tiffany’s and Blau Parc. There is a main road that brings you close to the West End/Marina front or you can go down the myriad of side streets that house local bars which are well worth a visit. rnrnA half mile to the North of the Costa Mar is the amazing Cueva Aquarium. There are two ways to get there. You can follow the road to the Hotel Tanit (a huge hotel in Cala Grasio) or by following the coastal path which is the most preferable. The bar is always worth a visit, but an hour before the sun goes down is recommended. Ask the bar man if he has any Moby as his ambient stuff was surely written for such moments.rnrnNot far beyond the Cueva Aquarium is the sandy beach of Cala Grassio. You will need to use the road to get there. rnrnIf you are lucky enough to go to Ibiza I would recommend trips to Es Cana, Figueretas, Playa den Bossa, Cala Llonga, Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia (travel by boat from Ibiza town if you can) as well as a boat trip from San Antonio. The ones that drop anchor to allow you to swim are the best.rnrnrnrn

This is a good hotel in a reasonable position, right next to Coastline, Kanya etc and 5 mins walk from Cafe Mambo. The rooms are nice and staff and facilities are good. The only thing that spoilt the holiday was the arrival of rather noisy and obnoxious visitors who arrive in mid August.

We love staying at Costa Mar and stayed there 3 times already. rnrnThe apartments are in a fantastic location in San Antonio, just on the outskirts at Calo des Moro. This means it only takes 2 minutes to the likes of Kanya and Coastline and 5 minutes to Mambo and Cafe del mar. Even though you are be close to some of these venues the area is fairly quiet if you want some peace. rnrnThe apartments themselves and very clean. Although basic on each visit I notice continous improvement with the installation of air con in the rooms (a must)and upgrading of the outdoor terrace. Now they are part of the Azluline Group I am sure things will only get better.rnrnCosta Mar is good value for money. You can now book direct rather than having to book with Thomas Cook.rnrnBack again June 07. Can't wait!

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent value for money and an ideal place to stay if your with a group of friends. Pools nice enough, bar looks out over the bay & is as good as any place to watch the sunset go down. Main plus points for me was location in a quiet spot yet just a stones throw away from the action @ Cafe coastline & just a short walk from Cafe Mambo & Del Mar etc. Will def return.

Where am I?
