Great location, but pretty basic rooms.

Cleaning personnel is quite lazy and like to come early just to speak some Spanish words and leave without cleaning. We have noticed that the years before as well. But it is OK.

Nice receptionists and good service there.

A well run, clean, well positioned hotel, gay friendly with a good pool and pool bar. Nothing fancy but if you want a good price and great place from which to go out in Ibiza town, travel to the beach and clubbing you can't go much wrong here.

We have stayed at the Cenit many times over the years. The apartments are basic but but bright, clean & well enough equiped. The highlight has to be the location where if you are lucky you get fantastic views over the bay. A short downhill walk takes you to Ibiza town.

It was a very nice stay! The kindly Cenit-crew makes wishes come true: the first room we get was NOT good and not acceptable - it was dark and had a high wall in front of the balcony... no view at all. But after two days the crew organized another room on the third floor, and then we enjoyed a very pleasant view on Playa d’en Bossa, Formentera and the open sea. We had no food, cos we booked only an appartement. Very nice location! Nice price! Many thanx!!

The place is unique and the swimmingpool area very nice. The break-fast coffee, bread etc. was rather poor and majority of the staff not very friendly. The rooms however very spacious with nice terrace! kind regards,

I am always happy to return to the hotel Cenit. It is beautifully situated on the top of the hill with a pleasant pool and the pool bar. I appreciate it staying in one of the studios and can prepare the breakfast by myself in the room. The receptionists as well as the cleaning staff are always friendly. The price is reasonable for what you get. Best regards.

Fairly basic lodgings but in a fantastic location. Quiet, yet central to everything. The desk staff could be friendlier, especially during the day, though perhaps it was a result of exhaustion after a long hot summer ?

The Cenit hotel was in a good location, a 10 minute walk into Ibiza town and a 20 minute walk to Playa den Bossa. The rooms are adequate, nothing fancy considering the price i paid. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I was amused when i arrived as i didnt realise that it caters predominantly for the gay community, which was fine. The breakfast looked basic and edible although i didnt get the chance to savour its delights as i wasnt up in time. The views from the pooldeck are amazing and the bar offers basic dining. On the whole the Cenit was adequate for those not wishing to spend too long in the room, the hallway looks a bit like a psycho ward with whitewashed walls and bright blue doors and some nights it did sound like i was in a mental institution with all the noise from other guests. On the whole im not sure if i would go back only because i think i paid too much for what was offered.

The Cenit is described as a basic hostel in a quiet area, which is what it is. No frills, just basic bedrooms with the bare necessities. But you are not paying 5* prices! Everythings clean, the linen is changed daily, and some of the rooms have the most stunning views in the whole of Europe, never mind Ibiza! But the major selling point has to be the swimming pool, terrace and bar. Outstanding!
If you want five-star treatment, forget it. But if you want more than value for money, this is the place.
