if your going on a party holiday this hotel is perfect as it has greatd location it is about a 5 minute walk from west end and 5 mins form eden and es paradis.
the rooms are basic but have what you need our room didnt have a balcony it had french doors.
air condition was good and roof top pool was good but not many sun beds.
take lots of money as everything is expensive.
however on your last day if you have a late flight consider paying for an other night as the you have to pay for luggage lockeres and are small and also there is only one shower in the toilets which was like a tap sticking out the wall.

These apartments are in a great location, near enough to the action to be in any bar, club, restaurant or on the beach within a couple of minutes. But at the same time just far enough back so that the noise from the resort won't bother you if you're not up for an all nighter.
Upon getting to the hotel we were checked in very quickly by a friendly member of staff. The room itself was basic but very clean, the beds were comfy and it had a fridge and free aircon - what more do you want. I stayed on the 7th floor (no problem with the lift) so the roof pool was only 1 floor above which was nice. The pool was too small to do any swimming but ideal to cool off in. The area around it was nice with a bar that was reasonably priced and enough sunbeds for everyone - may be different during peak season.
If you are arranging your own transport I would recommend getting a bus from just outside the airport as the bus station in San Antonio (end of the line) is only 2mins walk from the apartments and costs a couple of Euros (it runs between 9am - 9pm approx).
If I were to go back to San Antonio I would definately stay here again - excellent value for money.

Very good value for money, good location in San Antonio and friendly staff. Rooms clean and had everything you need, although we did have to request extra bedding on our arrival as the hotel did not supply enough for 3 people per room.

had a great time when styaed in Casa Maria for a week in august. The hotel was clean and staff were great..the only problem was we had 2 rooms and neither of the safety deposit boxes worked. other than that had a great time and would stay there again.

Once again I stayed at the Casa Maria this year and although the prices have gone up a little it failed to disappoint! The staff as ever were friendly, courteous and helpful, the facilities including the downstairs bar, roof-top pool and the restaurant were still excellent and well-maintained, and having air-conditioning included in the price is a real bonus! You have some cheap and cheerful restaurants nearby the Grill Sant Antoni and the Casa China, and some of San Antonio's very best places to eat within easy walking distance. Add to that, the ease of which you can walk to the sunset bars, the West End or walk to Eden and Es Paradis, or even go further afield the new bus station is a few hundred yards away, all whilst being in a quiet enough spot to enable plenty of rest if required, and for me you have a winner!

The hotel was for the first 3 days okish - air conditioning was not great - you couldnt really tell if it was on or off as it did not cool the room much. Also the bathroom ceiling was completely discoloured and mouldy where it looked as if water was leaking from the room below. The final insult though was when we were robbed in the middle of the night whilst we were asleep in our beds. Partly we were to blame as we had left the door closed but unlocked so as a friend who was following in a different taxi could get into the room (as you only get 1 key). However the minute we had fallen asleep someone came in and stole money, ipods and digital cameras. we informed reception - we knew there was not much that could be done but thought they might warn other hotel guests, only to be told "YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT OUR RESPONSIBILTY". There was no sense of concern for people staying there, they were very dismissive, blunt and had an attitude of "I Dont Care". The following 3 nights someone tried to open our door every night - obviously we had looked it now - but they were obviously trying to gain access to the room. Apart from that on the last night there was some sort of major row / fight on the stairway outside our room. This went on quite some time until the hotel security eventually threw them out. Oh ... and pretty much every other day the lift was out of service - not great considering the pool was on the rooftop 9 floors up.

We arrived at the Casa Maria and were very pleased with the hotel.rnrnThere was 8 of us in total looking to experience all the big clubs.rnrnOur location was perfect both eden and es paradis 5min walk and the west end 5min in the opposite direction. rnAlso to go to the bigger clubs such as pacha and privillege there is a disco bus which costs 2euro the bus station for this is 10 min walk at the back of the hotel.rnrnWe ate downstairs in the resturant/cafe often, the menu was surprising serving pizza, pasta, steak etc also offered full english breakfast for a couple of euro.rnrnI would highly recommend this hotel as the prices we paid were very low and received good service.

Very, clean, spacious, well kept apartment. Friendly staff and all the facilities you require. Only small gripe is the volume of the restaurant PA system from about 9am onwards!! Just what you want when you are trying to sleep! Although this wasn't every morning and din't affect me just my other half.

Hotel is very clean and staff are great. The food downstairs is pretty good too. The pool area is clean although it closes very early and is pretty lifeless. You cant bring people back under any circumstances so there isnt much of a buzz about the place at all and you wont meet anyone. All in all, clean hotel but no atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our stay in the CASA MARIA APARTMENTS. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool was great for relaxing by, not too crowded with it being quite small. The food was nice in the Cafe Bar and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in San Antonio.

Had the best time ever in ibiza once again at the casa maria apartments. Apartments clean and not noisy, location excellent right next to the west end and within walking distance to eden + es paradis. swimming pool on the roof great with good music + only 3 euros for a english breafast with tea spot on after a night on the town!! Will definitely be back to stay for a third time next year.

When I first booked Casa Maria over the internet I was a bit dubious as to whether it would be as good as it looked and sounded - i was pleasantly surprised to find it was excellent and even better than the pictures and write ups. Extremely clean, very helpful staff, air conditioning in every room (how good is that??), brilliant location, good food and it all added up to a brilliant trip ... recommended to anyone who is in Ibiza to have fun and be near the main action and my friends and i would certainly go here again !

When I booked on recommendation from Spotlight, I was half expecting to be let down considering how little I paid for my accomodation for a week in June. Whilst the apartments are obviously quieter at the beginning of the season (as opposed to July and August), it's location is just slightly off the beaten track for most of the lairy revellers usually associated with the West End, so noise was never a problem. The staff were always helpful and friendly (although it took us a while to get our room which affected our plans for Space!). The Pool terrace is well kept and the hotel itself is very clean. Parking wasn't as straightforward as I imagined it would be, but a short walk solves this problem. I can't fault the apartments in any way whatsoever and would recommend it to anybody looking to be central in San An, but not pay over the odds for extras they don't require. I'll be using Casa Maria as a base for my frolics in September. Ps. the Pizza's really are a great find!

Where am I?
