I have been to the caribe 3 times now. Great value for money, the food is lovely with a wide variety of choice,staff are very courteous and the rooms are very clean. My only grumble is the entertainment is a bit naff.(sorry guys). But its a bit repetetive and the miming and dancing does wear a bit thin after a while. There is plenty to do in the resort though if you don't fancy the entertainment at the hotel. The local beach is excelent. My wife,daughter and i like the place so much that we will be returning in september.
P.S: The football area could do with a net over the top to stop balls going over nextdoor as i am sure the neighbours get a bit fed up, they keep throwing the balls back once they have punctured them. see you soon

This hotel ticked all the boxes. It is centrally located within a nice resort and perfect for a family with young children. It is modern, clean and bright and the staff are friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and would definately return or recommed this hotel to anyone.

We have been going to Ibiza for seven years now, and this will be the 5th time that we have stayed at the Caribe. In May my daughter was taken ill and admitted to hospital for 11 days, the staff were fantastic and helped wherever they could. Fantastic hotel and lovely staff. Would definately recommend this hotel. We'll be back in September.

We all had a fantastic time , the staff were so friendly.Food was great , loads of choice!
The rooms were cleaned every day , but not Thursday,
the hotel was spotless , it was forever being cleaned. Lots to do day & evening , very good location, close to beach , bars , etc.Leo was FAB !!!!!!!

Loved the Apache ,had kids disco with Sophie , face painting , baloons & lolly pops Great cheap drinks , happy hour & 2 4 1 ! And MAX , great laugh?1?

Try GRANNY's for karaoke , bit quiet some nights though , or there is RIO'S , bit of an older crowd .

used the caribe for a short stay.Warm reception from the staff,good clean comfortable en suite and air conditioned rooms although beds very hard.great location everything on your doorstep would not hesitate in booking this again for a short stay couldnt cope with the beds for more than a couple of nights.saying that it is a really good hotel, great prices friendly helpful staff and escana is fab.
ibiza spotlight great for hassle free booking have used them a few times never had bad hotel descriptions from them pretty spot on.

This is a lovely hotel and you wont be disappointed. The staff are all very friendly and the cleaning ladies were lovely! rooms are cleaned every day even though they say not on Thursdays but they still are!Jack who does the childrens mini disco was fab, my little boy adored the mini disco and went every night without fail! If the parrot show is on you must see it, it was really good and also if the hypnotist comes give it a go, it was really brilliant, my husband got hypnotised and it was so funny! Food is really good, breakfasts are always hot and the sausages were lovely, everything is really fresh, especially the bread which was gorgeous! Evening meals were lovely and also really fresh, no leftovers in this hotel!! My little boy loved the swimming pool which was cleaned every day. The only thing i would say was a down point about this hotel was lack of baby facilities, Hotel Caribe - Please put a microwave somewhere mum's can access it any time of day or night!!All in all a really lovely hotel and we would definately go back there again. One word of warning which is nothing to do with the hotel DONT do the Ibiza by night trip it is not worth the money and the drinks prices are horrendous at the bars 6 euros for a coke!! it is not an interesting trip at all.DO get the boat to cala llonga, the beach there is fantastic and a return trip on the boat is only 12 euros for adults so you can spend all day there which we did on several occasions.

Had a weeks stay at the caribe and could not fault it, staff were friendly and helpful rooms although a little bit small were cleaned everyday and left with clean towels. Food we found to be excellent with plenty of choice and always hot you wont go hungry nice swimming pool with lots of entertainment going on, but to be fair we were always out in the resort which is a two minute walk away plenty of bars and entertainment to be had here.All in all a really good relaxin holiday due mainly to the caribe hotel would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.Roy Wendy 40 to 50

The Caribe Hotel is fine if you want a no frills hotel near to the beach, bars and shops. It's ideal for a young family looking for a 23 star hotel but if you are used to staying in good hotels this isn't for you!The rooms are very small, the beds hard and the pillows are usless and beware if you go onto the balcony and close the sliding doors as you will be locked out, there is no way to open the doors from the otherside!The bar in the hotel is like a canteen but there are more comfortable chairs in the non smoking areas. The pool is large and attractive and there is a play area for the children.I didn't find the staff very friendly but maybe that was because it was the end of the season and they all just wanted to go home!I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

My partner and I had a lovely holiday at the Caribe in September. It was a very clean hotel and the food was really nice didn't need to eat out at all. Would really reccomend you to book this hotel

You can certainly believe all the rave reviews the Caribe gets. We really could not fault this hotel considering the price we paid - 22Euro each per night for BB EM was tremendous value even for October.I suppose the evening menu could have been more adventurous but again for the price we are not complaining. It was our first visit to Ibiza, having been to Menorca many times we decided to have a look at Ibiza. We were not disappointed, we found Es Cana a lovely resort not too small if you wish to stay local and also a very good base to explore the rest of the island if you hire a car.We shall probably visit again and the Caribe will be our first choice Hotel.Martin Susan

We stayed at the Caribe in Oct 07 and thought it was great value for money- we booked the accomodation through Ibiza spotlight and the flights independantly, which worked out a lot cheaper than a package. At the airport we got a taxi straight away and it cost us about 28 euros. Our room was a reasonable size and was very clean, as was the whole hotel. We found all the staff to be very friendly, helpful and polite. The food was of a reasonable standard and constantly monitored and topped up. And yes there were plenty of sunbeds - no need for towel wars here! We would definitely stay here again.

The food i have to say was excellent, with such a variety of food which changd daily. The staff were very polite and helpfull. I will certainly be going back and have recommended this hotel to a lot of people i know.

It was our first visit to ibiza but would definetly go back and stay at the caribe,a very clean and well located hotel.The staff were very hard working, but always had time to say hello. The food was lovely. Perhaps the lounge bar area could do with a bit of updating but all in all a lovely hotel and es cana is a nice little resort with cheap public transport if you wish to visit other places.

Fantastic hotel.rnThe rooms were beautiful and clean, clean towels every day.The pool area is also lweovely and clean, plenty sunbeds and umbrellas.And now, the food, so much to choose from, and so much variety, and such a well run dining room, the manager is always around to make sure there is plenty off clen tables,mind you the staff were great. this is the third time we have been to this hotel and we cant wait to go back,we are returning to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday.Last year we went with our two teenage kids and they loved it,this year we return alone for a adult only hol and cant wait til 5th sept to return to the best hotel we have been to !!!!!!

This will be our 7th trip to Es Cana and our 4th stay at the Caribe. It is an excellent hotel and we are really looking forward to returning on 5th September 2007. We are returning to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and what better place to spend it!!!!!! Alannah and her boyfriend Iain, and our other daughter Jocelyn are looking forward to seeing our friends, the staff, and we could not recommend this hotel highly enough. Finances prevented us going last year, but in 2005 we were welcomed by the staff as though we had never been away.

Just returned from another superb holiday at the hotel Caribe. We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday again. This hotel is the friendliest hotel i have ever been to. The staff are great and the guests are happy and relaxed here. Big hello to Andy and Sheila... it was great to meet you both. Hope we get to meet up next year too. I completely recommend this hotel .. it is clean, friendly.. the food is great and it is ideally situated near the beach, bars and shops. see you next year !

Our second stay at the Caribe which was just as good as the first. When you find a hotel this good you just want to keep going back! Everyone really friendly, staff brilliant. Nice to meet Sheila and Andy who are regular visitors to the Caribe. Food excellent,rooms very clean,kids club brill! Looking forward to going back next year.

well where do i start this was a fab hotel everything was as stated. i went with my two kids me 39, kids 8 and 3, my mum 63, my sister 40 and my niece 15 we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the hotel was the cleanest i have ever been in the maids clean all day every day, your room is cleaned every day except thurs (a well deserved rest for the maids) u still have clean towels though. the entertainment both 4 kids and adults is great magic shows, parrots a great selection. load 4 the kids to do both at the kids club and with the kids entertainers laura and angel, laura just new 2 job but kids loved her. rooms a little small but have everything u need overall gr8 would definitely go back in fact thinking of october. all ameneties near by beach, pubs, shops, market whatever u fancy this hotel should b rated much higher than a 3 star.

We are just home after a 17 night stay at the Caribe.This was our 24th visit and the best to date.Every year just keeps getting better and better. We would like to once again thank all the management and staff for all their help and friendship.We again met some nice people i.e.the Taylors/Bisbee family from Weston-super-Mare,the Grants from Ayrshire and of course it was nice to meet you Amanda,see you next year!We are thinking of returning in September for a week but if you want to experience the Caribe for yourselves you will not be disappointed.We miss it already!Asta la wago Caribe.

Brilliant hotel, staff friendly, rooms really spacious and clean, maid service top class and every day as promised. Great choice of food at every meal, buffet style, choices repelenished really quickly, so food fresh and didnt have to wait for anything. Entertainment through the day excellent plenty to keep the kids occupied. Loads to see and do in the resort itself, plenty of bars suitable for the kids. Have to go to Popeyes and Los Pinos to see Kenny. Would definitly recommend this hotel.

Excellent loved it returned home today didnt want to leave the could have cried... Food wasnt the best but it was ok..the entertainment was great loved it the girls reali friendly and the bar staff wer great... the rep was also great easily adapted to get on wit the older people and the younger people and also the children even when they push him in the pool was funny ... well i would go back here loved it ... weather was sometimes but off but dosent ruin the holiday when there is things to do within the hotel. there isnt really alot in es cana but it is lovely good for all ages.. i would go back and go to the water park again someone said i would be disappointed but mostly wasnt it is only little but there is no ques for anything which was great .... go here it is really good . x

This is the best hotel i have ever come across.rni have family that live over in ibiza and i stay in the hotel every year.rnI am returing to the hotel on friday 6th july 2007 for 2 weeks and i am looking forward to it once again.rni love all the staff as they are all very polite and a good laugh when you get to know them.rnbecause i have been there so many times , it is like a second home to me and some staff remember you.rni love the hotel and would say to everyone out there to give this place a try for a great holiday.rnLOVE THIS PLACE WITH A PASSION XXXXXXXX

Stayed here for ten days over the half term holidays for the 2nd year in a row. Fantastic hotel one of the cleanest i have ever stayed in, all hotel staff very polite and friendly Rosa the barmaid a star! Food excellent much improved on the year before. Escana is a great family resort.

Its that time again and for the 24th year we will be staying at the Caribe.If you are looking for a holiday that is guarenteed to be everything you want and not featured on ITV then this is the one for you.The Caribe lets you do what you want and so does Ibiza!If you hire a car and see the Island you will not be disapointed,we travel round every year and still find new places to chill and relax.We have made many friends over the years and see them every time we return,we are treated like family.The Caribe staff are helpful and friendly and the place is kept immaculate every day,even the cleaners work with a smile.I look forward to seeing you there in June/July,come and say hello,i will be the one with a smile and a geko tattoo.Book the Caribe,you will be glad that you did!

We are travelling to the Caribe for the 12th time in 3 weeks and have already booked for next year (June 2008). The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is great. The pool is beautiful and to be honest we never want to go anywhere else.

the hotel was immaculate always very clean with rooms being cleaned 6 days per week. the breakfasts were delicious although a bit samey but the evening meals were way beyond our expectations with plenty of choice for all. the only let down was the hotels entertainment. the shows & acts were good but when left to the hotels own entertainers it was painful to watch & embarassing, especially vannessa, what an angry young woman-totally in the wrong job. luckily there are pubs nearby to which you can escape. overall though a great place to stay & we'll definetley be back.

The Hotel Caribe had been substantially modernised since our last visit in 1998 - with excellent air conditioning, new bathrooms and plumbing (wonderful hot water at any time!!) There was always a superb and varied choice of dinner (although breakfast was a tad monotonous but still quite a choice) and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Rosa the waitress was always fun, joining in the cabaret if she got a chance, and all facilities in good order. This is a very family orientated hotel with plenty of activities for the kids and evening entertainment for all. The resort of EsCana has not changed much and gives a feeling of safety. One tiny criticism - there needs to be more umbrellas around the pool - this was sometimes quite contentious. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much (the booking was made very easily) and would definitely go again.

I stayed for a week at the Caribe at the end of September. There were 4 of us ranging in age from 44 to 73. We found the rooms were very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable especially the beds. We had maid service and fresh towels daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Meals were good and varied my sister especially liked the breakfast. We enjoyed the entertainment on the 4 nights we chose to stay in. I would certainly return to the Caribe. It has a central location in the resort of Es Cana and I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Had a FANTASTIC holiday staying at the Caribe. We had been before in 2000 and really enjoyed it then, but the hotel has been
re-furbished and had air conditioning installed which made it all the better! We stayed for 14 days and had our towels changed, rooms cleaned and beds made every single day. The hotel is spotless and staff are really friendly, food is very good with plenty of choice - excellent value for money. The hotel is two minutes from the beach, the bus terminal and the harbour. We will definitely be back again next year, even though we don't usually go for visiting the same resort so soon - we can't resist going back to Es Cana and the Caribe!! NB: We discovered snorkelling for the first time and there are some beautiful, quiet little coves nearby - we are hooked!

The Caribe Hotel offered excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and elsewhere. All areas in the hotel were kept spotlessly clean.The buffet style meals offered a wide range offered an excellent choice and was very well presented. Definitely a family hotel catering well for children.

This was our second time at the Caribe .This time I went with my two sisters and their families.Once again we had a great time, the food was excellent and the rooms this time had air conditioning.A great value for money deal especially as I booked direct with the hotel through Ibiza Spotlight and used jet 2 for the flights. Six children and five adults for two weeks for three grand bargain.

This is without doubt one of the best hotels we have stopped in for sheer value for money. Familes are welcomed, facilities are superb and above all other things the cleanliness, and constenet cleaning around the gardens,public areas and rooms in on-going. You can smell cleaning in progress. The food was very good especially the evening meals with much choice for all and HOT !!! Breakfast is the morm. We found the dining areas where not too busy. Rooms were great with good TV,air con brand new and always clean and pleasant to be in. The noise on the coridor at night was an issue but it always is in large hotels like this. Whenever we asked for things or help from recpetion we got it with a smile and speed and the entertainment staff from Sunset were great encouraging even the direct bookers to take part and joing in. WE would recommend this hotel...and in fact already have to our friends.Super place near to the beach.
