In September I stayed in Casa Julian with a couple of friends and my girlfriend. In general we were very pleased with our stay. We met the owner by the house upon arrival, to hand us the keys of the house and the electrical gate. We did have some trouble to find the villa, because it doesn't have a proper address.

The villa looked really nice, lovely swimming pool, the rooms were nothing special but ok, the bathrooms are quite newly refurbished. There is a soundsystem in the house that can be heard in the swimming pool area with enough nice music from the Ibiza radio channels. The house is not connected to main gas, so it works with Buta gas bottles that might have to be changed during your stay. The porch is lovely to have a drink on and to relax.

The owner is very friendly and honest with the deposit and payments etc., he doesn't speak any word of English though. The owner lived on the same land, separated by a hedge, but he did not bother us during our stay, the only thing was that his dog was barking all day.

The location of the villa is quite deserted, a 10 minute walk from the restaurant Bambuddha grove and to the main road and a 10 minute drive into Ibiza town. The best way to go about is either to rent a scooter or a car or order a cab from Radiotaxi Santa Eulalia - tel. 971 33 33 33 or catch the bus into town from Bambuddha grove.

Overall we had a very lovely stay in the villa for a reasonable price, just make sure you know how to get about transport wise.
