The hotel was very impressive. Really clean rooms and pool areas- a maid came to clean and replenish our room everyday! All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was much better than I expected with loads of foods to choose from. The location was quiet and beautiful, and about a twenty minute walk to San Antonio Town for the clubs so best of both worlds. The only down side to the hotel was that there is no plug sockets in the main bedroom so all electricals had to be used in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great holiday and will definately be going back.

We booked the Bergatin Hotel as it was all inclusive,but the food was good,the rooms, also good and clean,but we did not realise you would allow so much noise,from the younger cliental,we had no sleep for the whole week we were there,if you are going to allow so manys younger parties in they should be put in one half of the hotel,so family people can get sleep,we were very dissappointed,and a lot of other people will not be back,as a lot of people thought the same,also your entertainment was awfull and not worth watching,very dissapointing from 4 customers.

just returned from 4 night stay at bergantin along with 14 friends. had a great time. the hotel facilities are spot on food and drink is good. and staff are nice. hotel is idealy situated a short walk from the cool bars of the west end. yet just far enough away to be able to relax too. will definately stay there again.

We have not long got back from a 12 day stay at the hotel bergantin. i would recomend this accomodation to people of all ages.rnI went away with my family and we all really enjoyed our stay.rnThe pool was always clean and fun to splash around in. rnThere was always plenty to do, having a club for the kids and adult entertainment.rnThere was plenty of food and the rooms were always clean.rnThe only fault with the hotel is it was very noisy of a night time when trying to sleep. If you are looking for a quit night i would recomend asking for a higher floor of the hotel as the youngsters are given the lower floors. rnI would deffinetley go back to this hotel.

overall a very good hotel staff were outstanding,very clean inside and out.would next time request a pool veiw or you end up looking at trees about two meters away.About a 250 m walk to the best beach we found was cleaned and groomed daily.good bars cockney rebel and funky lizard out of hotel keep going right good for all.would definatley come back to this hotel again..

excellent hotel, i would definately go again, the hotel was very clean including the rooms which were cleaned every day, the food was fantastic. the hotel is close to almost every thing which is great. the swimming pools were excellent. the entertainment was also very good. this hotel was the best i have ever been to and i hope to go back very soon.

just come back from a week at the bergantin ,with my partner and ten year old daughter and a great time was had by us all.The hotel was great the food was iovely with lots to choose from .location is good with beach close by and plenty of shops and nice friendly bars to sit and have a cocktail ,try out the funky lizard this was our favorite.Would reccomend this hotel to anyone and will be hopefully be going back next year.

have just arrived back from my stay in ibiza, and would like to say this hotel was excellent. we were on a fully inclusive and the food, drinks etc were one of the best quality we have had. staff polite cleaners wonderful room cleaned daily could not complain. tiny drawback was rooms could done with couple more sockets but that not really problem. overall very good and would return.

this was an amazing holiday. i went with my boyfriend and my family and there was something for everyone we all had a great holiday the best ever i think. the food was lovely even i ate it and i am picky and there was loads for the under 5's to do. the rep was lovely and made us welcome! sabastian the hotel entertainer was so nice and lightened up the hotel!!!rn

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bergantin, the Hotel is very clean. The maids thoroughly cleaned the rooms each day to a high standard.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is geared up for families. I intend to return with my son, as this time I was on holiday with friends.
It has two nice pools the larger one being very family friendly, in that it has a very gradual decent to the deep end, which is great if you have small children.
