Reviews of the Bellamar Hotel

I stayed in the Bellamar with my brother (both of us are under 25). Our trip was, as can be expected from those of our age group, made with the intention of clubbing and beach-lounging. We were very happy to have chosen this side of the island for the sunset dinners, access to San Antoni town which is vibrant, and its proximity to the beach and Sunset Strip. The beach is very close to the hotel, as advertised on its site, and San Antoni town is a short walk up the Strip. I would recommend the restaurants on the beach below the hotel for dinner as their prices are reasonable, their food good, and the view is nonpareil. The Bellamar itself embraces typical hotel facility and ease while exuding a somewhat vintage aesthetic. Our room, while small, was comfortable and sufficient. Though I cannot speak for the view from other rooms in the hotel, having only stayed once, I would nonetheless highly recommend a sea-view room if the increased cost is within your budget. Our view was picturesque at all times of day and night and added to the majesty of the island. We did not use the facilities in the hotel, besides the pool which we used once, so my rating for the Facilities is rather arbitrary. It is quite likely that I will stay here again should I return to Ibiza.

Just back from 10 days in San Ant Ibiza , stayed at The Bellamar .Couldn't fault it , clean rooms , friendly staff , good choice of food ,pool area lovely , great location .If i was going to moan there was just one prob as we stayed on front 1st floor above bar area with our 4 month old daughter , so when there was entertainment abit noisy , but we asked for seaview (beautiful)it was finished by 11.00 so not a major issue .Would def go back

This hotel is close to the beach and you´ll have a nice walk into San Antoni.

Nice surroundings.

We loved the breakfast buffe´.

A charmy hotel and nice atmosphere.

I used to stay at this hotel in the 70s so it was very nice to return.

A little minus cause they hadn´t cleaned the hydrobathe, but they fixed it immediately when we told them.

I can warmly recommend this hotel.

This was the only 4 star hotel in the bay, good location as only a short stroll to the west end. We had a sea view room which is a must. The food was not great but it is easy to go to other places for dinner in the area. Ibiza town also have amazing restaurants. Overall would stay in the bellamar again only issue was we spent most of our time in playa den bossa so taxis were expensive.

Great hotel overall. Our room was not a king or queen bed room however, it was two twin beds pushed together. It was fine because we didn't spend too much time in the room. The staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet in the morning was amazing. I'd highly recommend this hotel with an ocean view and breakfast buffet. Also, it's located next to the nicest beach in San Antonio. For the price you can't get much better than Hotel Bellamar.

I though this hotel was great value for money.

My friend and I shared a twin room, with a a sea view. It was more than adequate in size, with a good bathroom, with powerful shower and bath. Each room has its own balcony with table and chairs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us - close enough to walk to the bars and shops, but far enough away to avoid the noise.

The pool was large, and lovely and clean. There were plenty of sun-beds around the pool.

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and though the breakfast was EXCELLENT....

We will definately stay here again.

It was perfect stay. Hotel is very nice and very clean. Hotel staff is very informative and friendly. Service and choice of food are excellent. Hotel is based in St. Antonio just few meters from the beach and few minutes’ walk from the centre with all bars and night clubs and that is EXCELLENT!!!, because no noise in hotel. View from the room is beautiful and in the evenings we watched sunsets from the balcony in our room and it was amazing. We are very happy about our choice and we will definitely be back.

the hotel bellemar was a very nice place to stay in ibiza. the location was perfect (especially for the fireworks.) great place for a young crowd. close enough to the clubs and bars of san antonio but far enough away to just relax when you want. the hotel is beautiful and well kept and the staff is extremely helpful with everything. if you dont know how to find something (be it parasailing, atv/scooter rental) just ask the staff and they will find if for you. the beach is right across the street and es paridis and eden are a short walk down the bay. i hope everyone else enjoys this hotel as much as i did. if im ever back in ibiza i know i will be staying at the hotel bellemar.

Room was sufficient, as spent most of the time at beach or in clubs. Very convenient for beach and not too far from bars, clubs, shops and restaurants.
Room was cleaned every day, but not very thoroughly - could have done with some vacuuming.
Even though it was included, we never had a chance to have breakfast.
Staff were very friendly, always willing to assist and at all times of the day.

It's great to be in Spain as it's clean, airconditioned, spatious and a good pool area. There's also free wifi in reception (but still no internet in the rooms).

Beautiful hotel, in an excellent location. Friendly staff and very clean, but best of all was good room with a stunning sunset view

We had a fantastic holiday Plenty of sun loungers to go around The staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly The hotel very clean and the rooms spotless would nt recommend it for families though but excellent for adults
