The apartments are excellent, spacious, well-fitted and cleaned every day. Nice touch having a free welcoming bottle of fizz and use of bathrobes and slippers.

Pleasant little bay, a couple of excellent restaurants and bars, a supermarket or two. Ideal for a quiet break.

The apartments were very nice and luxurious, but the housekeeping was not at the same level.
We stayed there for 3 nights and the apartment was not cleaned 100% during our stay. The dishwashing was not done by the maid and that’s maybe OK if you stay there for a week or two, but for us to buy all the necessary cleaning equipment only for 3 days was not what we was expecting. The price level for the apartments should include such kind of service.
A nice plus was the Champagne bottle waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived.
The terrace was very big and equipped with very nice high standard furniture’s etc.
Will be back sometime in the future!

The website does not do these apartments justice. We arrived to find a massive apartment with fantastic facilities including bath & shower, kitchenette, large balcony, dressing robes & slippers, apartment in pristine condition and Cava & 2 glasses on our arrival. The location of these apartments is perfect, right on the beachfront. A fantastic clean beach full of families & children. I would go back to stay tomorrow if I could. A short taxi fair would bring you in to San Antonio and other more livelier evening spots.

Just returned from holiday with wife and son after staying at 'Torrimar' appartments for 7 nights. Must admit they are basic but they supply the need for the holiday. We found our flat clean and the linen was changed regularly. We had no problems with the bin being emptied either. Two problems though,1..no hot water the first day, this was sorted within hours, toilet door wouldn't lock, who cares, just tell others when your in there. A holiday is what you make it and how you can blend with others. I think we did alright, everyone was friendly and helpful including staff. It's a quiet place but the enjoyment was there, we tried all the resteraunts and found the Es Porto bar the best, all others were fair enough but I didn't like the fish specialist resteraunt at the beach worth it. My wife had meat which was cooked too fast. my son enjoyed it mostly but they don't cater for teenagers between 13-17 type. A seperate club for this age group may be worth it. The beach, caves and pools are worth a visit but at the the beach take a towel or you will be charged 4 euro's for use of a lounger. Bus travel to other parts of the island are few, so a car may be useful. We enjoyed it and may return again. Worst thing was having to vacate room for 12 noon even though our pick up to the airport was not until 01-30 sat morn. they supply a room for a shower and to keep luggage, but if your not leaving until a late hour we should be able to keep a flat until maybe 6pm. All in all, a very enjoyable place and pleasant appartments at Torrimar.

Our 2nd visit to Balansat, went also in August last year. Clean, spacious and nice apartments, I would recommend these as some of the best i have stayed in. The entertainment is a bit pants and this year was worse, but it is the very start of the season and there is always the Thomson hotel across the road to gatecrash! The resort is quiet and sleepy and the beach uncrowded, great for us, but it depends what you are into. Not too much nightlife, so well suited to families with young children and you can always explore by car, bus, orgaised trip or mini train. The caves are nearby which are quite good, but when we went they let about 60 people in on one trip which meant it was badly organised, claustraphobic, possibly dangerous and not worth the moeny, if you timed it where a smaller trip went (20-30 people ideally) it would be a nicer experience.rnrnThese apartments have 2 pools and a peaceful outlook around one of the pools, great for relaxing.
