It was a nice hotel with a very friendly boss! We did get one of his best rooms. The rooms are spacious, with a big balcony. All the things you need, you can find in the apartment.
Sometimes a lot of noice from the english people, who think they rule the world! But one phone to the boss and the police was there to keep them quiet!
It's very near to the beach and to the big street at playa d'en bossa, but just far enough from the big croud and the loud parties.
We can recommend this!

The apartments themselves were ideal for a group of lads who just wanted basic accommodation to base ourselves for a week of mayhem.
The owner of the apartments was really friendly, and the hotel had all the facilities we needed, like a fridge freezer, aircon, beds and a decent pool.
The one drawback was the gentleman who ran the bar area next to the pool. everything was a problem for him, and I even think he begrudged pooring a beer. However, don't let that put you off what was an other wise great basic hotel.

The Appartments are in a very good location, in the heart of all the action, and close to Playa den Bossa, Bora Bora and Space. Also they are on one of the more quite streets so it's easy to get a good night's sleep... If you can find the time to sleep :)
I also found the kitchen facilities to be quite useful as I was able to make my own breakfast in the mornings instead of dining out, the money saved was used to pay for Clubbing.... Ya!

Hi everyone!
All we can say about the Arlanza Bossa Apartments it was fantastic. So close to everything.About 6mins from the beach. We loved it. I recommend to everyone...
Next year we will go back. :)

Brilliant! the staff and owner were very friendly and inobtrusive, just let us get on with it. Situated about 15mins from bora bora, just out of the way but not too far. Chilled atmosphere and no loud lowts! English cafe and bar on next road came in very handy. Beach 2 mins away. defo use again

i had a fantastic 2 weeks.the hotel is great.the reception staff remembered us from the year b4 and were lovely and made us feel welcome. i cant really put it in words but it is a brilliant complex and has every facilitie you require within walkin distance. absolutely fab

Overall, good experience, but pictures showed more then offered. But still doesn't mean it wasnt a good place to stay, was very close to Bora bora, and Space, which was good. And not far by taxi to other clubs.

The staff were really friendly and the rooms clean and of decent size. We fit 5 people in comfortably. We were actually very impressed considering how cheap the room was - great value for money. The only draw back is the location which is a few blocks back from the beach in the cheesiest part of playa d'en bossa. But who goes to Ibiza to hang out near their apartment anyway The plus side is that the cabs are plentiful around that area so you can get to all the clubs easily without having to wander the roads aimlessly since cabs are hard to find in some areas on the island.
