Great value for money, handy location to the beach and village restaurants. One negative comment is that there is no air con or fans and it does get fairly hot at nights.

We had a fantastic holiday. Accomodation is quite basic but very clean and the position is perfect. The staff -particularly those at front of house were very helpful and very pleasant. The whole set up is run well. Breakfast is OK but well worth doing if you don't want to be heading to the shops every day. Breakfast is also good value for what it is. As a family of four - two adults and two children (7)and (4) we highly recommend the apartments - particularly if you like the beach!

Apartments basic but very spacious (had one overlooking the pool on 1st floor). Beds comfy so no problem sleeping. Loads of room for hanging clothes. Kitchen pretty small and basic. Didn't inspire me to cook any meals though which meant that we ate out every night(expensive with the weak pound against the euro and a bit stressful with young kids). Shower over bath didn't look much but was very powerful - great when you're feeling hot and sticky. Staff at bar nice but a bit miserable on the reception. Didn't eat there but they do a mean lamumba (brandy and chocolate milk with ice. yum). Always beds available outside and we went peak season so can imagine that's the case all year round. Resort lovely especially with kids. Would recommend hiring a car though as not much to do and the supermarket in the resort (about 10 mins walk tops) didn't stock much for cooking main meals, fresh meat etc. Really enjoyed eating at the pizza restaurant opposite the beach - great pizzas and pasta and lovely mojitos.
Ideal place to go on holiday if you just want to kick back and relax.

Great location but the room was very basic and a little tired for the cost. New mattresses and pillows wouldn't go astray.

Excellent location for beach. Appartment and facilities within could have been better for price charged. No A/c , no fan, plastic matress covers, only 2 rings to cook on, no grill or oven. Would recommend for location only, or if the price was cheaper, then it would be better value.

My room was on the swimmimg pool and from 9;00 in the morning to 23 in the evening it was very very noise.
It was not possible stay in the room.

We love Ibiza, we love Cala Vadella - been there 2 or 3 times, usually staying in an apartment that used to be owned by a friend. First time at El Puerto - room nice and bright and clean, but lacking in self-catering facilities - no kettle, not enough crockery/cutlery etc. Unfortunately, one of our keys stplen (we think) and all our currency stolen from the room. Door would not "double-lock" - key would not turn, so it wasa just like using a Yale lock - easy to get in! Couldn't lock door from inside at night - nail or screw lodged in keyhole. Had to get lock changed, then go on bus to San Jose for replacement cash and to report to police. Didn't let it spoil the holiday, but it dampened the first part of it.

These apartments are basic but at very clean and the staff are very friendly. The apartments are right on the beach and the area is amazing, really safe for the children and all the restuarants are child friendly. Will definetely be going back there again.

It is a verry good vacation with children. Near the beach and with a swimmingpool. The rooms are simple but clean. Only the beds are not verry good unfortunally.

We have just returned from a week at these apartments and can recommend them for a great value for money family holiday. The apartments are in a great location right on the beach which has some amazing restaurants and fabulous sunsets!. The pool was also great for our 2 year old little boy. We had a 2nd floor apartment overlooking the pool which was kept spotlessly clean, we also had the breakfast option which was average - need to get down there early! We thought the resort might have been too far from Ibiza town etc but only 20 mins in the car. V Small supermarket on site for essentials but larger one on other side of beach which did great sandwiches. Would recommend these apartments and resort for a relaxing family holiday while still retaining the fabulous Ibiza vibe!

The location of the apartments is perfect. In a beautiful small bay with a nice beach and nice restaurants along the beach. Very quiet area (we stayed here in the month of may), nice for kids to play. Only a view steps from the apartment building to the beach.
Swimming pool is fine. The rooms are simple but big and clean. Hotel staff is friendly. Breakfast was not very special, we did not try the diner buffet. There is a small supermarket in the hotel and a bigger one just around the corner.

The Apartments were clean and inviting, our view over the bay was spectacular. The resort itself was fabulous, quiet, relaxing and had some superb restaurants.I would gladly go back again, it is a well kept secret far from the madding crowd of the popular loud areas of Ibizia!!

Located on the edge of a pretty beach. Cheap, basic accomodation, no frills. Lots of German families and older couples away for the Autumn. We were there at the end of the season for the closing parties at Space and Circo Loco. Good location for Blue Marlin, not bad for KM5 but further away than you think from the clubs on the east. A nice place to sleep in, spend a lazy brunchlunch at the beach restaurant before heading back in to the fray.

My check out experience ruined the decent job done by the other staff in general. On our day of check out we packed everything up and moved it downstairs to allow the cleaner to access the room. We started having breakfast and within 5 minutes a message appeared on my phone from the front desk saying that they have called the police and that they will be at the airport waiting for us! Crazy. Put off my breakfast, when I walked the 20 steps to the front desk to complain, the extremely nervous woman behind the desk was still upset that we had fled without paying. It was quite an eye-opener as to what the management staff thought of the kind of people that stay at Puerto Calla Vadella. So in future it wont include people like me.

Lovely clean and large appartments. The beach is gorgeous.rnWent as a couple for a relaxing five days and thats exactly what we got. rnQuiet in the evenings would have been nice to have a few more places to have a drink and eat. There are probably 6 places to eat and one 'bar'. Beautiful sunsets and lovely place.rnIf staying longer be prepared to hire a car/scooter to be able to travel round the island because the bus is unreliable and last one back is 9pm.rnWould recommend

Cala Vadella is a beautiful cove, with just a few bars/restaurants scattered around. The aparthotel is situated perfectly, within a stones throw from the beach. The public areas are clean and welcoming, and the pool area is nicely laid out with a decent size pool. The apartments are large, and while quite spartan, are perfectly adequate, and spotlessly clean.rnThere is a shop, opposite the reception, which isnt very well stocked and rather expensive.rnIf you are looking for a total chill in lovely surroundings, this is the place. Looking for a little nightlife, hire a car or book elsewhere.rnWe would go back tomorrow. The apartments represent great value for money

The apartments were clean and well equipped, but we were disappointed that ours were a way back from the sea up a dirt track. Ask for one overlooking the pool.

A great hotel. Huge apartments, very clean and friendly, and a lovely pool. The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. The resort is very quiet but fantastic if that's what you want. It's a beautiful bay with a lovely beach and clean water. There's a handful of bars and restaurants - great places to watch the sunset. Not much to do if the weather isn't great so I'd recommend hiring a car so you can see other parts of the island if the sun in't out. All in all, a great hotel and a great resort.
