Aside from their 18th Birthday to look forward to next Thursday, Cream are also preparing for the phenomenal BBC Radio 1 Weekend party at the world's biggest club, Privilege on Saturday 4th August. Combining the forces of Radio 1 and Cream guarantees that this event will be a sell-out; it is no great surprise that tickets have been flying out the window since going on sale considering that this will be the only chance to see such a solid and varied line-up whilst under one roof this summer.
Since last year Privilege has had its very own make over; installing a brand new sound system and unveiling an impressive new room, Vista club - formally Coco Loca and La Vaca, and as the islands' largest club it is the ideal venue for such an amazing party. Each year BBC Radio 1 lands on the White Isle bringing with them a huge production and fierce line-up providing the island with an unbeatable party and this summer is no different.
With one of the islands' most loved parties onboard we are sure that this years' party will be one of the best. Expect big production with art lighting from IMPACT WSE, LED screens and a FUNKTION 1 sound system - all set to provide Ibiza with one of the best visual and audio experiences of the season! The brand new Vista Club will be taking a step back in time especially for this event becoming two rooms once again allowing us to experience four separate areas of musical bliss. The rooms on the night will be; The Main Room, Vista Club which will split into the two former areas: La Vaca and Coco Loco and finally Vista Box.
Aside from an amazing line-up featuring some of the biggest names seen on Cream billboards and heard over the BBC airwaves, Privilege will also see Barcelona's infamous Sunday night club and host of Saturday night's at Privilege, El Row bring the finest of Spanish underground and techno to the Vista Box... Wow!
Set times will be announced next week but for now check out the floor listings... Time to get excited!
