Kissdafunk joins the big boys for 2007

After a sensational debut season in Ibiza last summer, kissdafunk has gone for the jugular with their first Ibiza club residency.

In 2006 the Leeds clubbing heavyweights entered the Ibiza party scene and were responsible for one of the parties of the season, with their Monday night shindigs at Kanya.

For 2007 however, the glamorous El Divino will be the place to go on a Tuesday night to get your clubbing fix – but clubbers beware…one hit of the kissdafunk sweet stuff and you’ll be hooked for the rest of your clubbing days.                          

In Rob Tissera and friends – including the Trophy Twins, Filthy Rich, Hoxton Whores, Tim Sheridan and ex-Take That member, Howard Donald (left) – you have an undeniably cool dj cast who really know how to work the crowd, whilst playing a few top tunes to boot.

This refreshing bunch of disc jockeys – a mixture of rising talent and well-versed old hands - will not only set about getting the party warmed up but are in danger of setting the place alight.

Which is one reason why El Divino, situated at the marina in Ibiza Town, would also seem to be the perfect venue; the elegant and beautiful surroundings providing the perfect backdrop for the kissdafunk brand - classy, lively and downright sexy.

Rob Tissera explains;

“El Divino is the perfect setting for Kissdafunk and we’ve got some great plans. As it’s our first season in one of the big clubs it was very important to pick the one that would suit the KDF crowd the best.”

The celebration begins with the opening party on Tuesday 19 June, with the Trophy Twins, Rob Tissera, Filthy Rich and Rob Marmot kicking things off.

Tipped by Radio One to be one of the ‘hottest new nights in Ibiza for 2007’, we predict that Tuesdays at El Divino will be the home of some legendary clubbing adventures.
