The archetypal scatter cushion, ethnic, paradise garden, meeting point for Ibiza's night owls. Located at just about 5.5 kilometres along the road from Ibiza heading towards Sant Josep, KM5 is easy to miss if you're not looking for it, which come summer, most people are!

A great gourmet restaurant at the higher end of the price scale that definitely needs pre-booking, plentiful areas to chill out and sip a cocktail, as well as enjoying the quintessential Balearic experience in the gardens or inside with island residents such as Sergi Ribas and Graham Sahara.

The opening and closing parties bookend the season and are a definite to attend if you want to have your face seen.
