Thomas Schumacher remix premiere

Hear Schumacher's take on Berlin club and art space Sisyphos resident, Fidelity Kastrow, for the first time.

To the Spanish island mecca of clubbing arrives an EP of epic soundwave proportions from German clubbing mecca, Berlin. Produced by Berlin raised Fidelity Kastrow and released through in-house label of Berlin after-hours haunt Sisyphos, ‘Full Moon Falcon' is the fourth release from the fast rising underground imprint. Kastrow exploded onto the international scene just two months after her first gig in Berlin in 2007 and she's packed the following eight years with a strong meatfair of techno with a residency at Tresor and most recently, the in-house imprint in question. Pushing her innate production talent within the walls of Sisyphos where wild parties go on for days, is sure to create something melodically carnivorous.

The title track Full Moon Falcon is a delicious cut of dark melancholic techno. It has served to attract Electric Ballroom main-man and German techno legend Thomas Schumacher (pictured right) who is just one of three on remix duties and we're pleased to preview his reworking. Left unhinged in the dark quarters of atmospheric techno, he's done a stellar job with Kastrow's tension builders and unraveling crashes by cutting, pasting and combining the synths to birth a new breed of techno monster. It has already been given the stamp of approval by Pan-Pot, so you may have this invading your ear vents before the season arrives at its almighty close.

Listen for the first time ever nnnnnnnnnnnnnOW.
