¡ESPIRITU LATINO! at Aura

It takes a combination of elements to create a truly exceptional night, a party to be talked about long before and long after it's actually been enjoyed. The jungle drums are already beating about Auras forthcoming August Bank Holiday offering.

¡ESPIRITU LATINO! night, to be held at Aura on 23rd August by the world renowned Quintessentially Concierge team ('on island' partners Deliciously Sorted Concierge making sure every last box is ticked) one starts to understand why the jungle dums are in action so early.

Focusing on attracting the key movers and groovers on the island as well as associated international VIP's, this is sizing up to be a dinner and after-party to mark the season.

Commencing at 8pm the event starts with a canapés reception in Auras beautiful open air setting, followed by a four course dinner especially created by chefs Gerard Ortiz and Aleks Blanco. Dishes will include grilled langoustine, five-hour lamb with aubergine caviar, Aura’s butter-poached lobster and white crab salad and whole peach poached in pink Cava and lavender syrup (yes please!)

Ramping it up at 11pm, Auras doors will open to welcome party-goers, with live performance from A.Skillz. The Cuban Brothers will then step up, rocking the venue with an awesome DJ set. This party is going to buzz right through until the early hours - how else to enjoy the August bank holiday in real style?

The dinner costs just 65€ per person for a four-course dinner and access to the after-party.

For the after party a minimum spend of €60 applies to ‘party only’ tickets
