St. George's day is celebrated on 23rd April in the ever growing 'village' of San Jorge (Sant Jordi in Catalan) on the outskirts of Ibiza town towards the airport. Traditionally there are lots of red roses and books involved in this fiesta as well as the normal Ibicenco ingredients of music, food, dancing, games, competitions and sports.

The main events of the fiesta -which all take place in the church square unless otherwise stated – with holidaymaker appeal are;
10/4, 12.00 – Ibiza Jazz Quartet live concert
15/4, 21.30 – Catalan Music competition
16/4, 12.00 – Concert by the Municipal Music Band
17/4, 11.00 – Vintage Motorcycle exhibition
17/4, 12.00 – El Domador de Medusas live concert
23/4, 11.00 – Country festival, market, folk dancing, BBQ at Cas Costes
23/4, 11.30 – Vintage Car exhibition
23/4, 18.30 – Kids party with SpongeBob SquarePants at the college
23/4, 20.00 – Capoeira
23/4, 21.30 – Acrobatics

23/4, 22.30 – Eivissa Jazz big Band (photo) and Danza Invisible live concert with fireworks at midnight
24/4, 12.00 – Antique cart procession
24/4, 18.30 – Magic show
24/4, 22.00 – Rock with Tales of Gloom and Projecte Mut
30/4, 21.30 – Musical Bar tour through the village with Second Hand and beer/wine + Tapa = €2!!!
01/5, 12.00 – live jazz, swing and soul
